      ATTENTION: This complaint is being filed on behalf of my mother being that I am her Caregiver.
       
      On or about July 1, 2024, the throttle body in my mother's 2015 Nissan Rogue AWD SV/4DR (this was less than two weeks after the transmission went out) and she was forced to pay $1200 plus dollars although she had 2 bumper-to-bumper additional warranties 1 through OMEGA which just expired August 30, 2024, and the other one through CarShield which expires November 10, 2024. I am now seeking on behalf of my mother, ***** ******, full reimbursement as I believe that due to my mother's sickness ****** ***** ** ********) Tate Dodge took complaint advantage of her after we expressed several times that the transmission as well as the throttle body was in fact covered under additional warranties. Tate Dodge refused to work with us and/or investigate this coverage even after it was explained about my mother's condition and expressed disregard for her condition by explaining that if the car wasn't picked up by a certain time the bill would continue to increase. I now asked that this complaint been investigated, and all parties involved be reprimanded.

      I bought a 2016 Chrysler 300c from Tate Dealership. I took my car to the Express Service for oil change and maintenance. Micheal ********* that work at the 1st desk to lobby and told me I needed brakes and rotors. The new brakes have been problem every since the Tate Dealership replaced the brakes. I NEVER had a problem with my car until I took the car to Express Services. Micheal ********* told me I needed new brakes and rotors. I took my car several times to the Express Service that the new brakes are LOUD and SQUEAKING. I NEVER had a problem with my brakes or my car for that matter, until Express Service at Tate Dealership in Glenburnie worked on my car. Michael ********* told me SO many different stories about why I was having the noise. On Friday, March 22. 2024 I took my car back to Express Service. I sat there in the waiting area for a few hours. Micheal
      ********* told in the waiting area. They would replace the brakes and rotors, because he heard noise and I take care of my car. Micheal ********* told me they put the brakes on the car, but the rotors were not in shock. I needed to comeback when he was working. On Thursday, March 28, 2024 I took my car to the Express Service. Micheal ********* was not working and there was NOT a work order for the service from Friday, March 22, 2024. There was NO RECORD that I was there and new brakes put on the car. I spoke to Service Manager. They ALL stick together. Micheal ********* LIED to my face. He knew he was being DISHONEST. They didn't replace the brakes. I took them Chick FIL as a thank you! They have treated very BAD. Micheal ********* had the nerve to tell the Service Manager I had attitude when I was told bring the car back. Another one of Micheal ********* LIES! I would not talk to them, because they have given me the run around and LIED. It is very disappointing. I trusted Tate Dealership. I treated them with respect. CUSTOMERS/LADIES BEWARE!

      We are very sorry this situation didn't turn out the way it was planned. The service advisor you refer to was ill on the day this was planned. For future reference we have several other very capable Service Advisors and or managers who can handle theses situations in his absence.

      Hubby and I bought a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica over the Labor Day weekend. Our salesman was a young man who was very polite and eager to help us. I have no complaints about him or the vehicle we bought.
      My complaint is about their finance man, Ralph. Now my husband and I have been married a long time. We always put BOTH of our names on every house and vehicle we buy together. We were specific with Ralph that we wanted BOTH of our names on the registration.
      Our credit is good so that wasn't an issue, but I had forgotten that I had placed a freeze on my credit the year before after an identity theft issue. The whole process should have stopped then and there but Ralph assured me that he could unfreeze it from his end. I was rather dubious, but I admit to not knowing much about financial dealings. So, we allowed the auto loan process to continue.
      This was right before closing on a Saturday night and they were closed on Sunday. Our vehicle was being delivered from another dealership, so we had to wait until Labor Day Monday to pick it up.
      We arrived on Monday and Ralph prints out a new registration and hands it to my husband since he's the primary driver. We noticed that only my husband's name was on the registration. We went in to speak to Ralph about this and he said he couldn't access my credit score, so he processed the loan under my husband's name only. I was particularly frustrated by this since I'm the one who makes the car payments in our household.
      I absolutely want my name on the registration of a vehicle I'm going to be paying on for the next 6 years. I asked Ralph how we could fix this issue and he said we could put my name on the registration AFTER the car was paid for or if we ever refinanced. He apologized for misleading me but an apology for outright lying doesn't cut it with me.
      He could have easily waited until we returned on Monday (after I unfroze my credit score) to finish the loan application.
