  Mrs. Kim is AMAZING. Always responsive and understanding to any issues. I have lived in a property managed by Motta and Motta for going on 3 years now, and definitely would continue to rent from them in the future if I were to leave here.

  BIG YAY to Ms. Kim M****! This lady has done so much (above and beyond) for my family. She is ALWAYS available; so professional and courteous... she can't be from this planet. There isn't anything about real estate that she doesn't know. She helped with our housing concerns to keep us current and ahead of the complex changes that always seem to plague the process every year since 2019. Maintenance issues? She's on it! We've never waited longer than 48 hrs for address. Her team seems to mirror her ethic cause when she's out or away, Ms. Liz is her certified professional twin. These two ladies have got it together. They are always willing to offer their time to us, so much so that we feel like their only client. In my opinion, every relator should follow their model. I strongly recommend MOTTA AND MOTTA REAL ESTATE, LLC to any and everyone looking to change their address. Thank you Ms. Kim, Ms. Liz and the whole Motta Team.

  I’ve moved out and I’m due my entire deposit with accrued interest. Kim, agreed for me to pick it up today 12/04/23 @ 1pm at pm However m, due to unforeseen circumstances I sent my daughter who arrived 3 hours early. Kim, proceeded to fuss about her early arrival Kim stated , she can only give me what she has because the property owner didn’t arrive yet with the remaining missing balance and she only has the amount without the interest and the missing remaining portion.
  However, she stated she’ll mail the remaining balance to me and proceeded to write out the check asking my daughter does she know the spelling of my name. I then ask well if he’s coming today and you’re already writing me a check why can’t you include the remaining balance. Also, three days prior she told me she was on the phone with her accountant sorting the numbers out and it will be resolved. After , I continue to remind her of what she in fact stated to me , Kim, proceeded to say “I don’t have to do this, in fact, legally, I have 45 days to give you your deposit, I’ll do just that”! Need I mention the 45th day is only 12 days away 12/15/23. I recorded her whole song and dance as she continue to carry on in an unprofessional and rudely manner.
  I called and informed the property owner that I was recording my call with him when he in fact mentioned, he had no intentions on meeting with her that day because he thought the money was settled. Therefore, Kim’s ranting was just a big lie The property owner agreed to meet at Kim’s office within 5 minutes, Afterwards, Kim proceeded to tell my daughter, the check must now clear and I wasn’t getting my deposit today.
  I strongly advise anyone looking to rent from them to run the opposite way or proceed with caution. Keep documents of everything as much as possible if you decide to proceed forward with them. Had I not, I’m sure this could’ve been worse. I was so disappointed after I swiftly learned Of Mrs. Kim’s true nature and her lack of moral integrity.
