    Worst service ever unable to talk to customer service had a ticket in for 14 days. Turn my service off before the bill due paid the bill and still haven’t received my service back on extremely unhappy.

    Hands down the worst service in the Hagerstown area !!! They have no communication cut my service off bc they couldn’t get a tech to come fix my issue then had to branch off my house dish to get service at my bussiness then after I paid them over 300$ with still no working service they cut my service off saying I owed a bill what happened to the 300$ I’ve already paid

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the interruption and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. It appears that there was an outstanding balance on the account that had gone unpaid. Our records indicate that, after you spoke with a CSR, you were able to resolve the outstanding balance and we were able to remotely reinstate service. We understand how important it is to stay connected, and we apologize for the misunderstanding. Our standard policy is to send a reminder of an outstanding balance and a separate notice ahead of service suspension to give our subscribers time to resolve any outstanding balances.

    I have had Future Broadband service for 6 months. During this time, I have experienced no major issues with my service and any time I call, customer service is super helpful and kind. Recently, the bad weather caused my service to go down, and Zacharia was extremely helpful over the phone and personally came out to fix it. They hire the right people and the quality of the service shows.
