  I would recommend Thomasville Restoration for commercial restoration work. Our company has utilized their services for several projects and they have helped us out every time. They’ve helped with large floods, they were punctual, responsive, and great communicators. Call them if you have issues at your property!

  I had some questions about the Thomasville Restoration diagnosis. So they sent "*****." He asked relevant questions, and took my alternative explanations with an open mind, and engaged in a thorough inspection. He used a moisture meter to take readings along the wall of the house (outside and inside), and he allowed me to watch closely as he gathered data. When I pointed out that the stucco was on the north side of garage (and so, more likely to contain moisture), he walked with me around the north side of the house, taking moisture readings and showed me that they were much lower. He also pointed out that, comparing the two sections, that garage stucco was visibly different. So, although I was skeptical at first, I found his transparency and carefulness compellingly persuasive. I'm glad Thomasvile Restoration took this additional step to resolve my questions. Should the need arise, I would certainly use them again.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars with how wonderful Thomasville restoration has been with handling an unexpected flood from a broken pipe in the wall. ********* was our coordinator, she was amazing with keeping me up to date with visits and facilitating conversations with my adjuster for an electronic specialist. ******* from mitigation was absolutely amazing. He wad thorough and incredibly helpful with giving me insight and understanding with this process. Thank you to the mitigating team *****, *******, *****, and once again *******. I feel that my home is safe and clean, which is an Importance for my growing family. *****, *****, *****, and ***** from pack out were amazing in clearing out and completing my inventory in just one day. They made sure to label every item to make sure that it will come back to us. Thank you to ***** and ******, for finishing the mitigation process. Everyone made a stressful situation very smooth and easy for us. Your whole team has been progressional, courteously, and well organized. Thank you again ********* and *******. I am one impressed customer.

  I had an outstanding experience with Thomasville Restoration, and I can't recommend them highly enough. **** ****** was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.   Have been in commercial real estate property management for 13 years and have never been more impressed with response time, communication, and pricing than I have been in my experience with Thomasville.
  Account manager is always available and has a response plan and timeline laid out within minutes of being notified of the issue, large scale or small.
  Very happy with their model and recommend them to anyone in need of restoration service.

  When tragedy struck, Thomasville was there. I know it sounds like a marketing slogan, but it's 100% the truth.
  A car crashed into my house, destroyed the corner of my foundation. I hadn't even begun to imagine what would happen next, but ***** was there on the scene. He helped me from the moment I was able to gather myself, and even gave me the time to gather myself. He kept an eye on my house while I was trying to figure out was next. Thomasville had my house all boarded up about 4 hours after the accident. They immediately started working on repairs and took care of everything for me. Thomasville showed me they actually care about me and my family. I definitely received the Thomasville touch and would recommend them to anyone in need for restoration. Shout out to *****, you're the best!

  I do property management and have used Thomasville for a number of projects in the last couple of years. They are always very responsive and Tom Cullop has been great to deal with along the way of each situation. He’s very responsive, even when on vacation, to answer any questions or concerns.

  Working with *** *****p and the Thomasville Restoration team on both a residential and commercial project in the past year was very professional. They made every effort to assist both the homeowner and tenant in accommodating their needs in terms of completing the restoration work without impacting their location too greatly. Highly recommended for future use!
