Thomasville was absolutely amazing. They were quick, efficient, and always answered questions. They were on top of the whole project and if there were any issues it was quickly resolved. I would definitely use them again.

Zero Stars. After not completing work, charging out insurance company, and coming back four times, without ladders to do roofing work, they claimed work was done. I was able to see from the ground, they had NOT completed the work.
They then turned it over to collections, damaging my credit. I paid them in full, but do NOT agree with their business practices.

Hi **** - This retaliatory review is disappointing. It was only after legal action was taken in an effort to collect the balance due (after 6 months of attempts) did you decide you were unhappy. We have a document that you signed rating us all 10's in our final survey where you stated that we were "very nice, polite and prompt service".

We had a bad, frustrating, and LONG experience. August 2023- ?May 2024
We had water damage to our lower level, our insurance company at the time chose Thomasville to come out and do water mitigation/repairs.
During repairs they accidentally caused additional water damage which required them to temporarily shut off water, they turned the water back on and closed up the access panel in the home. Weeks later we had MORE water damage from the water access they had last done anything with, as expected they denied any fault.
After having to get more repairs done, we noticed multiple issues with Thomasville's work.
The initial repair issues/quality concerns we brought to them were; contractors watching videos on how to do work, sloppy caulking, uneven flooring, the fact we had to ask them to stop work and clean up/dry the water damage they caused, cracked baseboards, questionable correctly installed flooring.
After many emails/arguing, second opinions etc. a supervisor finally came out to our home. They agreed to clean up the caulking, make sure flooring was appropriately spaced (some of which was not and was fixed), remove some flooring to show proper subfloor beneath (they showed me clean cement under the flooring), repair cracked baseboards. We were getting nowhere with the argument of the flooring not being properly installed and they said it was just a difference in technique/sales opportunity, so we dropped it so we could move on.
July 2024 we unfortunately had more water damage and had to remove the flooring we had questioned having a proper subfloor due to it being uneven. Upon removing the LPV flooring we found the "clean cement" which was just "our uneven subfloor/foundation (and wasn't their responsibility)" to actually be a very thin, crumbling layer of self leveling cement that they had poured over top of old uneven cracking/peeling adhesive that they claimed to of removed.
Now we have to clean up their cement and the old adhesive they claimed to of removed.

Hi ******* - Thank you for taking the time to review us. We definitely did not get it right the first time, and we are sincerely sorry for that. It appears that we were able to fix everything that was a concern and our files are closed. Again, thank you for this feedback.

During my experience with Thomasville Restoration Services (TRV), I found they utilized unethical business practices, (1) requesting payment for services not rendered, (2) enforcement of unauthorized/unnecessary asbestos testing. (3) overloading a home's electrical capacity with excessive equipment, then adding on a power box for additional cost. (4) Labeling water as category 3 without evidence, for monitory gain.
Thomasville Restoration Services (TVR)was hired by my insurance company to mitigate water damaged in my basement. Their staff came to my home three days after over a foot of water was removed by me and family. They did not see the water, ask questions about it, or take a sample. but labeled it Category 3, the worst of waters, black or sewer water and the costliest to handle. A water test showed had chlorine.
TVR claimed they performed an asbestos survey/sampling, although I refuse to authorize the service. How this scam works is they ask you for documents to prove asbestos testing has been done at the home. If you can't produce the documents, they do asbestos sampling anyway. I was not aware of when or where the sampling was done in my home, but they said it was negative at a cost of $930.
TVR overloaded my electrical capacity causing power to trip less than 24 hrs. after leaving 15 air blowers and a large dehumidifier in my 840 sf. basement, then brought a Powerbox connector, at adding cost.
When TVR requested payment over my insurance cap, the claims agent sent the bill/cost estimate to me. While reviewing each service item, I found they were requesting payment for several services that they didn't do and using inaccurate calculations for days of services which boost costs.
Thomasville Restorations is not a good business to hire. Don't be fooled by their ****** reviews. They are unethical, and did a wipe over job at my home, not actual cleaning and sanitizing. Take pictures and read the bill before insurance pays.

Thanks for your feedback. We’d like to offer some clarity, as a few details seem to have been misunderstood. Asbestos testing isn’t something we choose to add—it’s required by law in many restoration scenarios to ensure safety for everyone involved. We understand it can feel unexpected, but it’s a standard part of compliant restoration work. Regarding the electrical system, our equipment meets all industry standards. If your panel couldn’t support it, that points more to pre-existing limitations than to anything we introduced. The water damage classification is also based on IICRC standards. After three days without professional mitigation, even the cleanest water can become contaminated—especially in older homes. This isn’t a scare tactic, just science and protocol. Our estimates are built on real-time documentation, photos, and industry standards—not guesswork. We know insurance claims can be overwhelming, but we’re always available to walk clients through the process.

We wish you the best moving forward—and if anything was unclear, we’re happy to help clarify.
