Xavier’s service was top notch. Not only did he add my urgent service call to his route after the service technician who was assigned the call did not respond just 8 minutes after I was unable to answer the door because I was on a work call and never responded to calls from the dispatch office, but he also called before he came, asked questions to ensure he had the products needed to address my any problem and arrived to my home clearly after hours and what had to be a long work day with a positive disposition and a smile. He also answered all my questions as he performed the service and made a recommendation taking into consideration my three month old grandchild and family. I highly recommend Xavier and Frontline Pest Control.

I have had some hiccups with this company in regards to appointments. Today I was told my appointment was scheduled with the wrong tech. I called customer service and they were able to straighten it out. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this is happened And the tech does not show during the allotted time because of the scheduling. The Service tech is pleasant and understanding he was able to take care of my pests.Frontline Pest Control & Lawn Service

Brian M. Did a fantastic job at our home today. The level of service and quality was top notch. He was very friendly, well mannered, respectful and polite. Cedric took the time to explain in detail the process of termite inspection. He showed areas of concern of what could cause problems in the future. I live close to a wooded area so Cedric pointed out activity that was close to my property. He showed me the device that would be installed around the perimeter of my home. Cedric was still on site when the pest control guy arrived. Cedric took the time to explain his process as well. He informed the guy of areas of concern I had regarding mice. I wish he was doing my pest management as well. Cedric pointed out that I get discounts because I have two services with Frontline. I feel at ease knowing I’ll be protected from termites.Frontline Pest Control & Lawn Service
