      0n 2/15/2024 your crew truck 8 with Gage did an awesome job they work as a team Gage is definitely a team leader. not sure the other crew names but did awesome job also and the boss I'm very satisfied with your this crew.

      Brothers Services replaced my Jacuzzi tub with a soaking tub, being very careful with the measurements, being prompt and efficient. They also replaced 5 of my old incandescent overhead lights with LED puck lights efficiently and effectively.

      From beginning to end I was completely satisfied and happy with Brothers. They were professional, easy to deal with and most of all respectful of my property as well as my neighbors while installing my roof, which looks great. The clean up was impeccable and even place my lights back down in my front yard. All the workers friendly and the job supervisor was very accommodating. I will definitely refer Brothers at anytime. Thank you for a job well done.

      This company sucks-unprofessional, sloppy, unreliable and no integrity. I do not have the time or energy to explain each incompetent and chaotic detail, it was a horrible experience beginning to end- beyond the initial consultation. Will never use again. I do not believe this company is trustworthy and they do not operate with any set of clearly defined reliable processes. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. The bulk of the unacceptable behavior was administrative, but they also left nails and debris on my driveway and in front of my home- my son ended up with a flat tire on the way to work. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contracting company. I do not want to hear from this company ever again.

      It's unfortunate that despite our efforts to address concerns, the customer remains dissatisfied.

      The consultant’s attempt to resolve the Black Friday Sale confusion by offering a $500 credit, even at the cost of his commission, reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction. The unforeseen bureaucratic hurdle with Baltimore City's stop work order further complicated the project timeline.

      The customer's early expression of dissatisfaction, coupled with attempts to cancel before the project began, but after the rescission period had elapsed, added complexity. It's worth noting that communication challenges arose due to the project's financing nature, with conditional approval pending income verification.

      While the consultant effectively communicated Brothers’ value during the sales process, it seems the customer experienced buyer's remorse despite the thorough presentation. We acknowledge the difficulties faced during this project and will use these insights to enhance our processes moving forward.

      They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. The roof looks great, they completely cleaned everything up and were done the same day before 3pm. They discovered 6 additional sheets of plywood would be needed, showed me photos of the problem and charged a reasonable fee for the additional work. Everything was explained in detail from the time they did the quote through doing all the work. This is what dealing with contractors should always be like.

      THE SALESMAN (WILLIAM) HAD VERY LIMITED PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE EXTERIOR DOOR. MOST BASIC QUESTIONS HE COULD NOT ANSWER. HE ALSO COULD NOT ANSWER BASIC QUESTIONS ABOUT BROTHER'S DOOR INSTALLATION PROCESS. OVERALL, HE SEEMED UNCOMFORTABLE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. HE SAID HE WOULD SEND QUOTE FOR THE NEW EXTERIOR INSTALLATION, BUT HE NEVER SENT IT.

      Roof replacement. Scope of work clearly defined. Estimate explained along with risks for additional cost growth. Questions answered (and re-answered) throughout the process. One day estimate but ran out of daylight on the install day. Roof completed. 90 percent cleaned up prior to leaving. Company returned the next morning to finish cleanup, check for remaining nails in the lawn, and project close out. Greatly appreciate the communication, which provided better understanding of my particular project’s complexities and also help set expectations for work / family schedules.

      I was excited to hire Brothers Services to renovate my master bathroom. I wanted one company to do all the necessary things...plumbing, electrical, and inhouse showroom of all the necessary products (cabinets, counters, lighting, faucets, and sinks) Their showroom is great and it was easy to go in and choose what I liked. The salesman I worked with was nice and accommodating. Initially he gave me an estimate of 11.5k which was a little over my budget and I asked to downgrade a little to get closer to what I could afford.
      A couple of weeks went by and I had to reach out to him in order to find out the status. When I finally did connect to him he told me he had bad news.
      When speaking to his supervisor he said " I need to let you know that my supervisor increased your estimate to $17000! I honestly think that they dont want the job. Im sorry."
      I was shocked! My little $10,000 renovation was too little for them?! I was very disappointed. Meanwhile, I've seen their advertising say "Renovation of Bathroom in a Day?!"
      It really disturbed me to see this because I'd assume a DAY JOB could NOT cost anywhere near $17000!
      I can not honestly refer anyone to Brothers Services and actually I want to say go somewhere else.

      First, allow me to apologize on behalf of Brothers for you experience with us.
      At Brothers our goal is to always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and when we fall short of that mark, we want to know the cause, so thank you for this feedback.
      No matter how much technology improves, at the end of the day we are a company of humans and humans make mistakes. When estimating your project our consultant made a mistake. Unfortunately, he did not take responsibility for his own error and blamed his mistake on his supervisor. This is inconsistent with our company practice and the consultant has since been reprimanded.
      It has been Brothers long-standing practice to do our best to uncover any possible errors or omissions that occur during the estimating process, prior to the start of work. Fortunately, this is a very rare occurrence. When it does happen, in order to achieve full transparency our practice is to deliver bad news as soon as it is uncovered and do our best to reach a mutually acceptable solution with the customer.
      While we understand your frustration with your experience, we do hope that with some perspective you will come to find this type of honesty and transparency is one of the many things that makes Brothers different than other contractors.

      The job was to replace a vanity and mirror. I recd another estimate from a reputable company for $10k NOT $17k.
      Your consultant did NOT make a$6error and blame it on his supervisor.
      That’s ridiculous! The lies only make you look worse. Stop while you’re ahead.
