      We are very pleased with the work Brothers did for us, installing a new roof. The sales representative was very patient with our questions and explained every aspect of the work clearly. The work crew arrived promptly as promised, the project manager was very friendly and helpful, the work was completed very quickly and the work crew did a great job cleaning up our yard when they were done.

      Hired Brothers Services to install a new shower and bath, and a new floor in my small townhouse bathroom. They also were hired to install a vanity and medicine cabinet which I purchased myself. I paid Brothers $18,000 for this day and a half job. The vanity and medicine cabinet were both ok'd for condition and installation by Brothers when the pieces were delivered to my home a month prior to installation. At the time of installation, the vanity was found to be too large for my small bathroom (dimensions were approved a month earlier by Brothers at time of purchase). During installation of the medicine cabinet, I was called into the bathroom to be shown that the medicine cabinet had been chipped. I was now beyond the date in which the manufacturer would accept a return. Brothers Services would take not take responsibly for the damage to the cabinet. Fortunately, I had held back $500, the price of a new medicine cabinet. Also, I had to have Brothers return to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. Nor, did they caulk around my toilet. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Brothers Services.

      We have received this feedback and review and we offer the following as a response.

      This project included two items that were supplied by the customer; a medicine cabinet and a vanity. As indicated by Mr. F*****, we had approved the vanity size in error. Once that error was discovered Mr. F***** was able to exchange the too large vanity for the proper size quite quickly.

      The medicine cabinet was inspected by Brothers, the installers, and Mr. F***** before installation and no defects were discovered. It is important to note that the medicine cabinet had a blue "protective" film covering most of the cabinet. Once installed the "protective" film was removed only to discover a small defect. Mr. F***** seemed to think that we should have seen the defect through the "protective" film, but none of us did, Brothers, the installer, or Mr. F*****. Mr. F***** tried to contact the company he ordered the medicine cabinet from to no avail. In an effort to help Mr. F***** we took on the task of contacting the company on Mr. F*****'s behalf only to find that the defect warranty that came with the medicine cabinet that Mr. F***** purchased was only a 5-day warranty.

      Despite the fact that we did not order, supply, receive, or damage the medicine cabinet, we still issued a credit to Mr. F***** to help him cover the cost of replacing the damaged item.

      While our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction and it saddens us that Mr. F***** is not satisfied with his experience, we are confident that despite the circumstances outside of our control while installing Mr. F*****'s bathroom, that we treated Mr. F***** like he was family and his property like it were our own.
