    This delivery company is a joke! A package from Zara was supposed to be delivered on 11/20, but showed driver had no access. My building has a 24/7 concierge, and Amazon lockers. The next day 11/21 it said expected delivery by 8pm, but nothing. Then 11/22, expected delivery by 8pm, no package. Called them, asked to confirm that the have the package, but no real answer was given that was definitive. The person told me that it would be delivered the next week, and check tracking. Today 11/25, there was supposedly another delivery attempt that had “ no access”. Driver and attorney are clearly lying, as there are cameras, access is easy, and I did not receive a call from any driver that had no access to the building. I also reached out to Zara on IG, got a response, but not helpful. How these people are in business is shocking, especially with known retailers. I suspect my package was stolen by the driver or some gone else. Called TForce again, still can’t confirm if driver has the package, and tracking site says # doesn’t exist. These people must be a **** to steal retail clothing packages… I’ve never had anything this ridiculous happen with package delivery. I told them I need correct information so that could get a refund from Zara. Will wait to see if they get back to me. I would also give zero(0) stars if possible. The driver picked the wrong building to lie about a delivery attempt, and I don’t have things I ordered as gifts or my money at the moment. I also have no interest in this continuing for who knows how long. I asked if I could pick up the package, and they said “No”, which makes even more suspicious that my package has been stolen. They should not be in business, and this is ridiculous! I have contacted them twice, and as I see in other reviews/ complaints, they are “ esacalating” this. They must be in business to steal, not deliver packages. They don’t answer the complaints on BBB. Once again TForce in Hanover, MD SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

    How this company is still in business is beyond my understanding. Why are retailers still using this company to ship their products? A package was scheduled for delivery on 8/20; then I receive an update that it's a bad address and I must provide a correct address. I give them the same exact address on the shipping label. On 8/21, it's out for delivery. 9:00PM rolls around and now it's delayed. I wake up the next morning on 8/22 and the tracking now says delivered at 11:15PM with a picture of a residence that is not mine. For one, I think the tracking was manipulated by this company to change it from delayed to delivered and then to produce "proof" of a residence not even mine. I'm so irritated at this point! I just want the goods I ordered without the run around from this **** of a company. They need to be forced to go out of business!

    If I can give zero stars I will… I order my son banquet outfit a week in advance from Zara it supposed to be here on 23rd nobody can tell me where my stuff is at… the supervisor kept lying one minute it’s out on delivery next it’s not… I will never in life do business with this shipping company nor Zara again… this is the wrost experience I ever had… I will be taking legal action and also will be reporting y’all to the bb as well

    I was supposed to get a delivery from this company, they claimed they made two attempts to my work address where there is usually 25+ people available to receive the package, On Friday, i got a text from the driver and she said the package was not even on her truck but still scanned the package as attempted delivery. been all day with their CS team and ofcourse they are all a bunch of incompetents saying different things every time i call. At the end, I tracked the package again, and it was marked as canceled and returned to sender, which is Saks off Fifth, I can believe such a large retailer use such a crappy delivery company, these guys should not be in business and probably a good thing saks and fifth is struggling to stay in business. If there is a zero stars I would use that

    I had made a order for my package to be delivered within 1-2 days and yet a whole week later I still haven't received it. During this time Customer service has been absolutely horrendous. Nobody has gotten back to me regarding the status of my delivery. I have literally 0 idea where my package is. They have not at all told me anything meanignful besides we'll send it to upoer management. For reference that was 5 days ago. This literally is the most pitiful display of business I have ever seen in my life.
