    1/6/25 $1,481.70 ORDER #********* I made this order on 1/6/25. I tried canceling the order before it was shipped, my email was not responded to and the package was shipped a couple days later so I began working on the return process. I talked to multiple people and got the return approval document. I was told I had an option between in store credit and cash refund. Once package was shipped back and received by the seller I had to ask multiple times when I could get my refund and letting them know Id like it to be send to my bank account. They sent me a a link for in store credit and said they wont do anything else, Ive asked for the in store credit to be enhanced for cash refund and they refuse.

    The company has gotten ahold of me and sent the money back to the account of the payment method. Thank you for your help, they were quick to comply after I made a complaint to the BBB.

    Purchased a tattoo battery 09/04/2024 item did not power on called company they said they cannot exchange or return item it states that on site but how do I know they didnt send me broken item

    How do I know they sent me a broken part maybe thats what they do how in the world do they not guarantee part I just bought this machine no returns no refunds I have to submit a work order and they have to approve after waiting for item to get shipped now I have to wait to get approved on repairing item plus I will have to pay to ship it back to them and wait some longer to get the item back I run a tattoo business who has no time for that its ridiculous how they run there business on no returns you can even return tvs that cost 5 times as much writhing 15 days this is unacceptable
