    Horrible customer Service and deceptive practices. I ordered an on sale tattoo pen from this company. I received the item in a damaged box and the unit did not work. I emailed customer Service and sent the item back to the address provided as per the return instructions. No refunds on sale item, fine I would have happily taken a replacement unit or store credit. I received an email back with apology apology and a link to the manufacturers repair form, this particular company "Stigma" are located in Germany and you have to send it there for warranty work. I replied that I would bot be doing that that I had already sent it back to the address listed for returns/exchanges in their policy. They received the item and then told me that I sent it to the wrong address and it would probably be sent back to me. At this point I decided to issue a chargeback with my credit card company. The address was correct It was shipped with UPS, tracked, signed for. In my opinion they are putting items on sale they know are defective and trying to stick the consumer with it.
