      This company is FRAUDULENT and I verified the DEBT they were attempting to collect didn't exist. ******* ***** * ***** verified our account had been paid in full and the account was closed last year. Do not fall for the collection notice you receive in the mail. Ask for the business name and contact them directly to verify previous balances.

      We have reviewed the matter internally and would like to clarify that our office is attempting to collect a legitimate debt; however, the creditor referenced in the review is not associated with our agency in any way. It appears there may be confusion regarding the origin of the debt. Due to privacy regulations, we are unable to discuss specific account details in a public forum, but we encourage contacting our office directly. We are happy to provide clarification and supporting documentation, as appropriate. Our company adheres strictly to all applicable state and federal laws governing debt collection, and we take reviews like this seriously.       Not the typical service that I normally rate (highly, nonetheless) but the agent I spoke with, Mrs. C*****, was extraordinarily courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her interaction with me over the phone, as well a the quickness at which we were able to understand and resolve my collection, made me think highly of this business. I hope they have more people like her on staff.

      This business is a very unprofessional debt collector with extremely poor customer service. They hounded our business about a debt from ********** that we did not owe. In fact ********** owes us $4,700 for charges they debited from our account after cancellation. We explained the situation and sent lots of support to Vonda proving this. She refused to listen and said best I can do is offer you a settlement to pay your debt off. Finally after sending confirmation from ********** themselves, the account was closed by **********, but Vonda and Access Receivables refused to acknowledge it or reply to any emails or return any phone calls. It took calling corporate headquarters and speaking to a member of management to find out that account was actually closed. This company should be shut down as they are very unethical. The only good review on here was posted by an owners family member.

      Our client placed this account with ACCESS Receivables on December 22, 2022. At the time of placement, our client believed the balance was correct, due and owing. Information provided by ****** ********* ****** * ****** was forwarded to our client and an investigation was conducted. It was determined that our client turned over the account in error to our office and the account was closed.
      Our Vice President called Mr. B**** directly and apologized on behalf of our client about the account placement and also advised that the agent handling the account would receive additional training to avoid further instances such as this.

      The entire response by Access is a lie. They did not turn over any info to **********. I had to contact ********** directly multiple times to get them to take the account back from Access. The VP never called me, I had to call corporate office and demand to speak to a member of management. He never apologized and he never mentioned that the employee would receive additional training. These lies are an example of the unethical behavior of this company and support why they should be shut down. Unethical behavior at the top is of course going to trickle down to how their employees behave as well.
