Company was a pleasure to deal with.****** and ***** were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date with the roofing process. Roof was completed in a day. Program Manager Markus, Project Manager AJ, Customer Service Advisor James and the Team Lead Willie all came together and got the job done. There was patience while we figured out how we wanted to fund the needed project. There was constant communication from management down; in regards to next steps and expectations during and upon completion. The whole team showed great customer service. They weren’t only professional, they were friendly. A quality check was conducted, my concerns were addressed, and the assurance of ongoing communication about the warranty and quality of the work was welcomed. We will definitely employ them again for future projects and I have no qualms about referring them to family or friends.Home Genius Exteriors

1 starWorst company ever! I recommend you find another company to work with, does not care about customers, only getting new one, once they get your business, and you sign the contract, its all down hill from there, i was told my roof would be done in 1 day. It took 4, they never call you back, no one spoke English, and only had 3 guys on roof, when told there would be 20, the person in charge, was never there, I will never use them again or recommend them.Review fromArt K
