I got this companies information online. ********************* came out to give me an estimate on a metal roof. She very pleasant. I decided with them based on the quality of their metal work. ***** and his crew were here within a week to do the job. My project manager ***** let me know what was going on effectively and the work was very quick. The job was done within two days and it look really good. Im happy with the results and glad that I had them do my roof.

1 starTheir communication is horrible when things doesn’t go their way. Their negligent cause my son to step on a nail. When I sent Trey a texts message he informed me that they didn’t have time to properly clean up an they would send someone the nexts day. I asked for their insurance information to file a claim they told me they would subtract it from the bill because he didn’t qualify mind you. Than they said they would file a worker compensation claim in which he’s four he doesn’t work for you guys. Also my named was fraudulent signed on a document for additional charges that I’ve know knowledge of signing. They’re refusing to give me the proper information I need along with an actual explanation as to why my name was fraudulently signed agreeing to an among in which I didn’t agree to. Beware. We are still working on repairs from the original installation. We were promised to complete the installation within the week of purchase and take 1-1/2 days to complete. Not only were we inconvenienced for over a week for completion, but the inconvenience continues as we now wait for materials and repairs. We not only received poor workmanship, but it was so bad that the repairs that were initially expected to take a day were delayed when the contractor got on the roof and noted the repairs required more work and materials than first predicted. We have not had the shed roof reviewed with us yet as the top capped pieces were not cut even; instead, the length was made up by filler. Besides the damage to our existing siding, the first work crew was drinking beer on the property and spending two hours a day sleeping in the front yard. My current project manager informed me that the crew was fired. Dismissing them does not make up for our disappointing experience or the large number of scraps and screws my neighbor picked up from her driveway and the grass area on our side where her girls play in the fairy garden I made for them. They also trampled her row of flowers, claiming the need to get to the shed. (they had access to that from inside the fenced area and around the other outer fence line. Large pieces of what looked like brackets and screws were collected from my front yard and driveway also. I know it is expected to miss some screws or items with the magnet. However, I find large items and screws on top of the grass difficult to understand how they werent found just by looking. The gutter installation was completed, only for us to find leaking after the first rain. Today, we are expecting the repairs, but we do not know exactly what is being addressed. We can only see the sharp pieces and misalignments from the ground or side pictures and now feel taken advantage of and are suspicious of needing so many repairs.Home Genius Exteriors

Home Genius was awesome to work with from the time a representative knocked on our door introducing the company and the services offered to meeting with the sales representative and signing up to have a complete roof replacement. The project manager made contact soon after and got everything lined to start the project. The installation crew worked non-stop from the time they arrived and until the time they left. They were professional and thorough. The project manager made several stops as the project was in full swing to ensure everything was going as planned, The job took two complete days and, when the crew left, everything was thoroughly cleaned up. ****** is an outstanding project manager. I think he deserves a raise, a promotion and a bonus. ******** and the crew were amazing. They work so very hard and with the best smiles.
