Outstanding workmanship from the sales to the final inspection. ***** was very professional and showed us our options and why the roof needed replaced. ******, the project manager answered our questions and did a thorough final inspection. ****** was also a huge help in the scheduling and communication.

The Home Genius Exteriors team as a whole was very attentive to all details along the way. ***** in particular was a great person to work with as he also came up into the attic and explained what was happening with and where leaks occurred. ***** took it upon himself with another member to add a separate tarp atop the roof to prevent additional leaks from unexpected rain during the roofing. He also came up into the attic with me to assure that all issues were met after the fact. All members of the team were very personable and attentive to detail which is why I stuck with Home Genius throughout the process. In terms of professionalism and communication efforts, the team went above and beyond making sure all my needs were met.Home Genius Exteriors

Someone knocked on the door and asked if we wanted a free inspection of our roof. We were already kicking around getting a new and violaBrandon came out, gave us a quote and just as promised, ***** and the crew showed up Monday and put on a new roof. From the time we met to the finished was one week exact. We are so incredibly happy with the job. My house looks brand new to me. Im beyond happy with the work and the appearance is amazing!Home Genius Exteriors

Home genius did an excellent job on my roof replacement and I am quite happy with the overall experience. The pricing was right in the middle of all quotes received, but what differentiated their proposal was the specifics of their roofing system which addressed both the attic airflow and roof valleys.
The installers were on time and finished much earlier than expected. The only hiccup was a mixup on material delivery which was addressed the day of the install and had no impact.Home Genius Exteriors

The company was in the area doing work and *****, a ********* for the company knocked on my door to let me that they offering free estimates for roofing. I knew I needed work done but wasnt sure how soon or what type. A few days later the sales rep ********************************* came out and did an inspection and even used a drone to get some top down shots and afterward we realized it needed done pretty badly. He explained thoroughly how they would do the job and showed me some examples of work theyve done in the area. I thought they were offering some great perks and decided to do it. ****** contacted me to move the job forward within a week and we held off a couple of days longer due to the forecast not being favorable. The project manager ********************* called me prior to the job starting and met with me the next day to makes sure everything started out smoothly and stayed in contact with me during the process. At the end of the job we walked around to see the end result with another drone inspection and I was very happy with it. ***** even helped me move my potted plants before and after the project to keep them safe. I would say it was a good experience all around.Home Genius Exteriors
