2 starsThey were in constant communication with us until getting the contract signed and the roof replacement scheduled. Once the roof was done we were told the gutters would be installed the next business day and no one came. We tried contacting them and they didnt reply. We came home the following day and the gutters were done. We have been trying to contact them again because the gutters were installed so low that the water from the roof just flows overtop them. We tried calling several times and after being on hold 5 minutes each time the line turns to a busy signal. We have tried emailing our contacts and even talking to the finance company. There has been no response. I wouldnt recommend them for these reasons.Review fromBill P

5 starsHome Genius did a great job of installing a new roof. Kyre, the PM, was thorough and professional throughout. And, Jim, out salesperson was outstanding.
Totally satisfied.

A vision that they brought to life ALL IN ONE DAY!!!!! Who does that in todays world! I now have a perfect roof,

5 starsI recently had my roof replaced by Home Genius Exteriors Philadelphia. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the speed at which it was completed. They replaced my roof as well as my two neighbors' roof in ONE DAY! You read that right 3 adjoined roofs in a SINGLE DAY! The crew was friendly and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.Review fromLinda J

They were also very kind and respectful and I would definitely be calling them for my upcoming siding project. Thank you home genius everything was greatly appreciated. The name fits the business absolutely a genius. Highly recommend this company.
