      The whole process from beginning to end was exceptional. The people involved from the coordinator, project manager, and crew were very professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend Home Genius Exteriors to my family and friends.

      I had my roof and gutters done and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They even worked in 100 degree plus weather. Will be using again in the future

      Excess materials from the installation have been in my driveway 2 weeks and should have been picked up by now. I need to have the material removed from my driveway immediately.

      Was able to work together to ensure everyone was happy, which ensured a fair deal. We also enjoyed working with a company who was flexible and able to negotiate a bit. Everyone was great and the product was professionally completed quickly. Will use Home Genius again for future projects.

      The most well spoken and patient agent first point of contact was Mr. ***** ******. He was so professional and knowledgeable about his findings showing pictures as he explains to me what he saw meetings every learning star of the customer. He listen to the client attentively, pausing before responding to the clients questions. Afterwards he showed as well verbally helped the to come up with a plan without the client feeling pressured.

      We had the salesman come to our house for a presentation on a new roof installation. It was a very impressive presentation and even though the price seemed high, we went with Home Genius because the salesman arranged financing and we were on a timeline due to our home owners insurance threatening to drop our insurance. When told the cost, I questioned if there were any chance it was going to be much more than the price quoted and was told that if boards needed replaced that we got so many free and if we needed more than that, we would basically get them at cost. I specifically stated We wont have someone coming back before its done and saying we owe like another $4000 dollars or something. I was told no that wouldnt be the case. My teenage daughter was the only one home when they came to start the work and called me, stating that the project manager was at the door, stating that all of the boards needed replaced and the cost was going up a little over 4000 dollars. During the presentation the salesman assured us that they are extremely neat and organized. I came home the first day to shingles and roofing nails EVERYWHERE! I had to call them back several times after the instal to clean up the messes they left. On top of that, they damaged my neighbors property. She has a door camera that shows them stepping all over her landscaping and even on her porch railing. She has contacted the company several times for them to resolve her issues and has had no luck getting them to compensate for her damaged property or to come clean her siding that they had gotten tar all over from throwing shingles off our roof. She also has our old shingles on her porch roof from when they were throwing them. She is probably going to have to take them to court to resolve the issues. We also had 2 windows installed by Home Genius. They came ahead and measured them, but whoever entered them into the computer entered the measurements backwards. All in all a horrible experience

      I have never met an organization that started with two characters at my door soliciting to the final walk through with ****, our project manager, that listened and worked so hard to ensure we were happy. The entire staff from start to finish was fantastic. Communication made this process so easy and quite honestly calming.
