5 starsExceptional service and responsiveness. I was on a business trip and *** was able come out before about 3 weeks on heavy thunderstorms and install a large tarp to prevent a much more significant issue. Then, we had to have solar panels removed, which required a bit of coordination and *** was willing to assist and scheduled around that other work. On the day of the installation, the roofers showed up at 7am and the roofing team decided to stick around until 9pm to finish the job even with 90 degree day. Everything was cleaned up and the work was done professionally. The following morning a project manager came by to make sure everything was done right. Happy to recommend!Review fromDennis W

It was a very fantastic experience. Like extraordinary compared to the other contractors I have worked with. I got a redeck on my roof and new gutters. I was extremely happy with the cleanup. OMG...where to begin. Let me start by saying that I am a repeat customer. Satisfied with the roof done a few months ago. After a storm, I had siding damage. I decided to contact them for siding. I was completely financing as insurance covered nothing. My salesman, *****, was awesome. Understood everything that was discussed. All siding to be replaced except the faux stone facade on the porch. Well.. let's just number it all out:1. My project manager changed 3 times due to weather delays in the start of the project. W 2. After day 1... had multiple areas on the 1 side on the house with deep scratches in the siding. They tried telling me it was dirt. I'm not an idiot.3. After day 2... the claimed to be done. Cleaned up and left. I looked up at the top front of my house. They left the old siding. They only did 3 of the 4 sides. WTH!?4. Numerous messages to project manager, *****. I had to constantly keep After him. Let me also state, he NEVER once came to the Job site. 5. Discussed MULTIPLE times that siding ABOVE the porch was to be replaced and NOT the facade on the porch.6. Finally received a call that siding was to be fixed/completed today. Came home from work today to the facade being ripped off and the workers putting siding on the porch area. 7. Immediately called *****. He sounded annoyed with me by now. After a few calls back and forth, he advised that the facade was damaged when taken off and that they could just side it. I stated that this was NOT what I agreed to. He stated he would look into it. Heard nothing else. I then notice the guy riping the siding off and putting the damaged facade back on. He then left. I WILL NOT sign off on this job until this is fixed to satisfaction. This experience is leaving me extremely angry and bitter. I'm STILL waiting for some kind of answers.Home Genius Exteriors

I was in need of a new roof immediately. I went online to ******* List & found Home Genius. They contacted me the same day. Their representative, *****, came to my home. He went above board inspecting my roof, took pictures & explained to me my problems. He was patient & very professional. I wanted to have my roof replaced my Home Genius. The materials arrived the day the project manager, ****, said they would. **** kept me abreast of the procedures to start and would be finished. ****** crew arrived the next day early to begin work. **** came to my home to ensure everything was being done & going well.
