    I am sending this message with regret and serious concerns as to the level or lack of decent service received since the merger of Goode and WB. We have been with Goode for 20 years. The level of customer service was excellent. Our service rep Dale took very good care of us. Making contact with customer service was simple in that a person was always available to assist. Paying bills was simple in being able to pay through the automated service. Please check our history. We have never had any outstanding issues.
    Since this merger, the services rendered have declined tremendously. Actually, they are terrible!! So much so, I feel left with no other choice than to take my business elsewhere. I am in awe to say the least. Considering the fact that we pay for twice a week pick-ups and have only received one on many occasions without billing adjustments. Since June, I found that I had to constantly monitor the pick-ups which is ridiculous. Sometimes I would complain, and several times I let it ride. In calling customer service, I may or may not have contact to express my concerns. I find myself having to constantly call or text Dale to find out what is going on. He in turn would have to call to get whatever information to relay back to me. Unacceptable!!! The various groups within the company seem to have bare to no communication which as we know will totally destroy the customer relationships along with causing the demise of the company.
    This experience is very unfortunate and sad. I never had to deal with overflowing trash on my lot until recently. Pick-ups are Tuesday and Friday. Why are they showing up on Wednesday and then not returning until the following Tuesday? I may get picked up on Tuesday but Friday is missed.....I do not have the mental capacity to continue in this manner. This has been very stressful and frustrating.
