    They installed windows this time last year. The weather was not as cold as it is this year now I’m feeling all around the windows there’s a draft. When they installed them, they tore out some of the original wood and covered that up with a 4 1/2 inch framing around the windows Framing they didn’t insulate what they tore out. The windows Very good it’s the installation they did is horrible. Save your money and go with another company

    I do not recommend this company. I did sign a contract, and 29 days later my heater went. No hear or hot water. I called the company numerous times with no response. I called the giy who set up the service and he didn't care too much to get back to me. A week later after calling and calling i finally got to speak to someone. Only to be told " its not my problem and going to charge you 25%". The employees have no manners. I only was asking to make an exception and to put it off till spring or summer as my heater is costing 20 grand. Again, i got " not my problem ". This company has no compassion and does not care about their customers. They would much rather charge you 25%, and screw you out of money , rather then figure something out to where they still get the sale.
