I placed an order for products on Dec 11, 2024 thru Spice Place for * ***** Chicken Base 160z and * ***** Beef Base 16oz and the order arrived wrong. I received 2 Beef and Chicken but was charged for 6 total. I have tried numerous emails, messages, calls to get my order corrected and they have not responded at allBusiness Response

Hello ******,
Your original email dated 1/16/25 stated that you recv 4 chicken and 2 beef. Your order was for 3 chicken and 3 beef. We did make a shipping error. We responded to your email to let you know we would be sending you another beef. Obviously we dropped the ball on that and it did not get sent out. We will be happy to send out the missing 1 beef. You can keep the additional chicken that you received in error.

I placed an order with Spice Place for * ***** Canadian Steak Seasoning on August 6th, 2024 and never received the product. I have sent multiple emails and one phone call and received no response. At this point I would like to be refunded for the product and the shipping.Business Response

I placed an order on May 14, 2024. $26.21 with shipping fee. My card has been charged and still have not received my order as of this date June 28, 2024. I want my product delivered, a Response from this company and/or my account credited the full amount. I will file a dispute claim.

Hello, I ordered from Spice Place on 12Jan24, for an order in the amount of $71.17 (including shipping). I have not received the items, nor has there been any communication from the company beyond the receipt I have attached. My credit card HAS been charged, and I have not received any response to multiple attempts at email communication. Hello ****
On January 16th we sent you an email to let you know that we only had 1 set of the ***** Jalapeno Popper seasoning in stock. You ordered 3 sets and we wanted to know if you waned the 1 set we had in stock. We never heard back from you.
We never charged your credit credit for the order since we were waiting to hear back from you.
The mfg has since discontinued making the product and we have canceled your order.

This is pertaining to Order #********, which I placed on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. As my Order Summary states on the website, I purchased two Weber / Item # ***** / Chicken N Rib Seasoning / 4 Pack of 6oz bottles / @ $29.93USD each, totaling $59.86 with UPS Ground shipping @ $13.50USD, with a grand total of $73.36USD, however, I never received an order confirmation email from Spice Place. It has now been almost eight weeks and though I’ve made two inquiries through the Spice Place website, and one through ******, I have yet to receive any information regarding my purchase or any kind of order update. I do know, though, that my ****** account was charged, and that transaction date is the same as the order date (12/14/22), as I received an email notification from ****** stating that I sent a payment to The Wild Acres, Inc. (DBA Spice Place). Any information concerning my purchase would be much appreciated. That is, is it in stock? Is it available? Is it discontinued? And if it is discontinued, I would expect a full refund.Business Response

I ordered spices on 8-22-2022. My order was acknowledged. After that there have been no answers to any correspondence. I've emailed them 3 times asking about my order and used their website to send a message. There has been no correspondence from them at all. They did manage to collect my money from ****** though.
