    I placed an order back on August 6th 2024. I have sent follow up emails asking where my product is with no responses. My last email I requested a refund and still no response. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to spending $58 with this company. I suggest you do not purchase anything from this company and they are not reliable.

    I placed an order on 2/25/24 and I have not received it. I sent a message two weeks ago, and still haven't received a reply. I feel like this "company" is a scam.

    Placed an order on 12-5-22. I have e- mailed twice with no response. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Do not order from them! Scam!!!

    Sent customer email to let them know that mfg was struggling to get this product off production line and there would be a delay in shipping her order out.
    Spoke to customer to let her know that we just received more of the product from the mfg.
    We did not charge her order until we are ready to ship her order out.
    Her order will be shipped out tomorrow and she will receive an email with a paid receipt and tracking number.
    She is satisfied with her order and our response..
