    This moving company has continually lied about delivery timelines and have failed to meet any requirements set forth by my apartment building for the delivery of my items. (1) The COI:The COI is not appropriate and missing information, when I complained about the missing information the response was "we do moves in NYC  all the time and the building will be fine". My building has rejected other deliveries and when I informed them of this they claimed that "It would be fine". (2) Delivery Time Line I asked for delivery to occur during mid-September. Every time I called for an update there was always an excuse (we dont have a truck, we have other deliveries, etc). It is now October 2nd and I have been without my things for weeks. I remained respectful despite their incessant delays becuase they have my things and I feel there is no other option but to file this and take legal action in the near future. This company should not be allowed to operate and I just want my things.

    I hired Revolution van lines llc to transport my belongings to VA and my tv was completely destroyed. Of course, they then referred me to a third party to file a claim, ***********************, and I did. I patiently waited 5-6 weeks to no avail. They rejected my claim citing I packaged the item myself. This couldnt be further from the truth. The movers packaged all my items, for which I gave them a handsome tip. I was forced to buy another tv because of their negligence. I tried to keep this matter private, however now,

    My brother and I paid for this company to move our household items to our new home. From Bensalem Pa to Boise Id. There were some issues with this company, but what I need resolved is I did not get all of our stuff. There were 2 bookcases that did not arrive. One of which had boxes of personal items inside. Among them was a ******** ****** and some family heirloom jewelry passed down to me from my great grandmother. We have tried to contact the company through both phone and email and only got a response once. That they would contact the driver and call us back with any information. This was on January 3rd. Since then emails and phone calls go unanswered. The concerning part about this is on the 6th I got a notification from ******** of someone trying to access my account. The only ******** thing I own is the ****** in the missing boxes. I just want my boxes back. Honestly all I care about is the jewelry my great grandmother left me.

    It was easily one of the biggest failures of a job that I have ever seen. Both movers spoke either no English at all or broken English to the point where I had to use ****** translate to convey my needs as well as try and understand where they needed me to sign on the paperwork. If I had questions about the move or the paperwork neither worker could help me and would simply point or say call the company. When something was broken or done improperly I was told to simply call the company. That in itself is horrendous customer service and infuriating.They arrived a little over a week after pickup at 8pm at night on a Tuesday when others like myself have to work the next morning. When I met them at the entrance to my building and they opened the back door of the truck everything was toppled over and boxes were crushed. There was no load bars used or strapping of any kind. I was simply told "this is our second delivery today and everything fell, there is nothing we could do sorry." When they started bringing in the items they were recklessly dropping them. One box that was placed aggressively on the ground had a $3000 computer in it. After every "oops sorry" all I got in response was a flustered call the company and they will fix it.If I had known my personal belongings would have been destroyed and treated this poorly by your company I wouldn't have worked two jobs to save up the $7200 and change to "make my life easier". I would have taken a full week to do it myself. At least none of it would have been utterly trashed. I got refunded for the damaged goods through MY insurance and they refused to refund me any money from the actual moving service itself. They swindled me out of my $7200 and lawyers wont touch the case because "they technically didnt breach contract".If you choose to use them good luck and start praying.
