  If I could give negative stars, I would. First of all, this is not a moving company; they are a brokerage service. You'd be better served by contacting an actual moving company directly.Second, there seems to be very little to no communication between this broker and the actual movers. I repeatedly (***** **** was my contact) let them know that there would be two delivery points; however, this was news to the movers who showed up. As a result, all of the things were mixed up since they were not labelled properly to be delivered to two locations.Third, the payment procedure will bite you in the a** ***** gave a breakdown of the bill and told me what to be prepared to pay, including the final payment of cash or money order (which of course cannot be altered). But when the movers show up, they add all sorts of charges for how much tape they use (side note: I paid for a mattress cover, but the movers just wrapped the mattress in black plastic wrap), they add a charge whether there is an elevator or stairs, etc., all of which cannot be accounted for. All I had was the money order for what I was told was due.Further, my bill of lading with MoveSafe explicitly states the the movers will reassemble any furniture they disassemble; yet the movers left everything here as it was, wrapped up and disassembled. I had to put the bed frame and bookshelves back together.Finally, they contracted me out to a horrible moving company. Boxes were upside down; boxes marked fragile were turned sideways and upside down; entire items were missing (some which are antique and irreplaceable) and rather than speak with me, they passed me along to a claims ********** short, do not use this company (don't use Revolution Van Lines in ******** either) and contact a reputable company directly.

  If this is the one on 4852 stamp rd temple hills MD 20748 ….. RUN DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE TOTAL LIARS AND WILL TRY AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY!!! Get things in writing PLEASE!!!!

  Revolution Van Lines LLC Temple Hills MD This moving company was hired to move or 3 Bd home from Rome GA to Saint Augustine FL. The move was suspicious from the beginning, when they already had boxes on the truck before the move started. When getting close to filling the truck there were still numerous items that were not going to make the journey. We had to leave behind so many things and while calculating the move their price for the move came to double what was estimated. We left behind a shed of clothing, equipment, tools, etc...and got on the road. When they arrived in a different truck and unloaded all of our possessions, there was so much damage, both visual from crushed boxes to broken dishes after unpacking. The first crew and the second crew were both of Spanish descent and their English was difficult to understand. We unpacked all the boxes (with 2 never showing up) and found so much additional damage. Filed a complaint with the company, which they in turn sent it to a company out of Arizona called Anthem Claim management. Wet took pictures of the broken couch, broken Ar-moire, smashed dishes, etc.. and sent in a claim.. We paid over $6,000 for this move and had over $5,000 in damage. We sent the list and pictures over and their reply after 2 weeks is we are due $87. Revolution only excepted cash or money orders both times which also made things quite difficult. This is a shame and rip-off company and they have numerous complaints on line. Can we receive any HELP?

  They showed up a day earlier than quoted at the end of the day. They refused to put my piano together and stage the furniture as contracted and paid for. Now I have a garage full of furniture they dumped that I am unable to move. I will have to pay a company to now come out and complete the job. Since only half the job was complete I feel I should be reimbursed for 1/2 of the fee.
