      Purchased king mattress & adjustable frame love that part.
      However also purchased twin box spring and mattress! Box spring will not work on the bed! It makes the mattress way too high!! We are unable to use! Ok I get it! Never knew didn’t need it!! I called asked to return! The delivery men never even put it on the bed due to we needed support boards. We CANT use it! Never had any one lay one it!!
      Was told by Keith he had to talk to his manager! They will take it back but we must pay pick up of $120? We are not aloud to take to warehouse ourselves! And they will give us a pillow! No refund!!! They can’t resell it since it has been in our home!! Ok! But yet your policy allows your store to sell FLOOR model mattress where hundreds of kids and people have laid in and had shoes on? But yet a box spring you can help me with! As a consumer, I think there’s a problem. And something should be done. I contacted the store the day it was delivered.
      Now called corporate office 2 times left message for a call back. Didn’t hear back! So I figured I would call a 3 time. Spoke and asked it District manager was in. Lady could not tell me. I told her the situation and I wanted it resolved. I’m the one that has a boxspring sitting in a bedroom in a hunk of plastic that can’t be used. Yes I am upset and frustrated and I told her I would be contacting Better Business Bureau because I’m not hearing back. I went to say goodbye and she hung up, so I don’t plan on them calling me!

      The store will switch twin foundation or twin bunkie board. Just reach out to the store and we will give them free delivery.

      They delivered the wrong mattress on 3- 12-2024 I it was way to hard the they on 4-2- 2024 they sent the so called right one my whole body hurts especially my back they had me initial some papers here they not getting a part where I can't exchange it now and it's not right I didn't even have it a week I plan on trying to take this to court I'm 63 I've shopped for beds always had that wow feeling this place has totally ripped me off my $800 I guess wasn't good enough for them I'm totally disgusted and upset with them

      I purchased a FUTU COMFORPEDIC APEX-Q-MATT model: 00165 with an Model: 000150 Brand LEGG SOMOS PRESTIGE-Q-ADJ Base with a 10YR warranty plan
      Plus purchased a Twin Matt set all Totaling = $1, 999.98. My only request/requirement due to the obligation of the 10YR warranty, is to replace or repair the adjustable Queen base with remote. The purchase was made 10/22/2020. Complaint mentioned 2024. It hasn’t even been a full 4years and I received conflicting messages/information for repair/replacement of my Queen adj base. Followed the instructions/advice provided, no results!

      I had mattress delivered, a few days later the mattress snapped the slats on my bed because the delivery guys did not put the legs on it, they put it directly on the slats. They asked if we wanted the legs on or keep slats. We asked them if the slats would hold it, and they said yes, so we said okay. Well they were wrong! I called to schedule for them to come out and they couldn’t do the two days after I called and it had to be extended longer because my husband and I are having medical procedures. I got into bed last night and heard cracking, looked underneath the bed to find all the slats ready to snap. I called at 1:30 AM and left a message asking for a callback because we needed someone to come out right away. Never received a callback. I called back and was told by the salesperson that sold me the bed that when he sees a message at 12:00 it’s just someone that dialed a wrong number. I told him of the urgency, I have two cats (my main concern that could get crushed) my husband or I could get hurt if the bed collapsed. Aside from the damage that could be done to my bed and floor. He got cocky when I told him to schedule the delivery guys to come out for Wednesday (first available day/ which is 5 days from now. He kept saying today was Monday and they don’t deliver on Mondays. Today is Friday… But he got cocky when I asked to have a supervisor call me and said is he really going to call me since I never received a call back from my call at 1:30 this morning) But he was nice as pie when he was trying to sell us the mattress. I would go out of my way and find someone to fix this if I was that company. But they chose not to.
      That is horrible customer service.
      I really have no complaints about the bed itself so far. The service is what I’m complaining about. All of this is after I explained to him that I can’t even have my husband switch to another bed until it is fixed because he has all these medical gadgets. CPap and pacemaker & defibrillator machines!

      The adjustable bed was verified with customer after delivery was made. Mattress Warehouse have typed up service ticket for someone to go to customer's house to set legs up.

      Mattress was delivered apparently wirh a large lump in middle from side to side. Called next day and ask for a replacement. Slept on one night and getting the go around saying it could take over 3 weeks. Have to have a inspection done on our bed frame. Sent pictures of everything, the frame has nothing to do with it. I believe the mattress came apart due to the way it rode in the truck. It is a standard firm innerspring Mattress. It fells like the stuffing has separated. Having to sleep in recliners due to mattress is terrible.

      I wish there was a way to give this God-awful company a zero-star review. The company has absolutely no customer service capabilities, and provides fraudulent products.
      My partner and I ordered a new mattress due to my partner experiencing worsening back problems requiring a new supportive mattress. When the new mattress came, it felt completely different one than what we picked out. The tag on the bed is the same as the one in the store, but they are completely different feels. When brought it to the store’s attention, they refused to provide any sort of exchange until 30 days. The store will not escalate the issue, nor will anyone contact us. We have tried calling corporate many of times, only to be met with a complete lack of assistance. We have called and left numerous messages for Regional Management, and they will not call us back. Eric, the VP, will not answer his phone, and Tom, the DM, is rude and derogatory. We cannot sleep in our bed because the bed we received is so uncomfortable. We are looking for help to somehow get our money back, and this mattress gone, so we can sleep.

      Bait & Switch ALERT!!!!! Ordered a mattress, box spring, and frame online. Website offered next day delivery. When scheduler called, delivery was set for a week later because of mattress availability. Day before original scheduled delivery, got a call to push delivery date out another week. This was unacceptable, and scheduler offered to “upgrade” the mattress to one currently available. After a bit of research, found out the new mattress was a major DOWNGRADE, with no offer of refund for price difference. Ultimately cancelled order.

      On 01/02/2023 I ordered a king size Brenham medium foam mattress along with the Leggett & Platt adjustable base. Our original schedule delivery date was for 01/07/2023. After the warehouse called us twice (two weeks in a row) to reschedule our delivery citing delivery problems in inquiring the adjustable base, we were told that we would be given two free Glacier 2.0 pillows for our patience and understanding. Finally, on 02/18/2023 our mattress and the adjustable base were delivered! The warehouse after promising to give us two free Glacier 2.0 pillows renege on their offer by sending us two free Glacier 1.0 pillows. When we complained to the delivery men that these were the wrong pillows, they called the warehouse and we were instructed to let the delivery men take the wrong pillows back with them and the warehouse would reshipped the correct pillows. On 02/19/2023 I went back to the Mattress Warehouse store to complain to our salesperson about the pillow mix up. He wrote up a sales order on that date for the correct pillows and as of today's date 09/22/2023 we are still waiting to receive the two free Glacier 2.0 pillow from the warehouse. Over the past three years, I have brought two separate mattress from the Mattress Warehouse but after this horrible customer service I will no longer shop or buy anything from them. Thank God for their competitors.

      Last week we went with our daughter to find her a new mattress & box spring set. Rockville, MD has many companies to choose from. Luckily we went to the Mattress Warehouse store at 12129 Rockville Pike first and met with salesman Jeff. He asked several questions, and showed her what he felt are the 3 best choices for her. She tried each of them and selected what felt best to her. He wrote it up, and had it delivered the next morning.
      If you are looking for a mattress, go see Jeff at this store for friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent advise.

      I bought a mattress on 6/23 and it was delivered the next day. I woke up to extreme pain in my hips and legs on 6/28 at 3 am and let the District Manager know this. The mattress was not the same as what I had purchased. She had offered a new mattress on 6/28. I am no longer using the new mattress. This morning I am still in pain and let the District Manager know that I would like a refund as I do not want a new mattress let alone the one that was delivered to me. The District Manager stated she would speak with her supervisor.
