Bad customer service. Delayed delivery for over a week with no real reason, only deliver 2 days a week and don't tell you they are coming till a short time before. In addition, if you miss any step in their process they completely abandon their delivery and you need to wait at least another week. Unbelievable considering customers are spending over 1000$ in most cases.Mattress Warehouse, LLC

1 starDear sir or ma'am, my name is . I purchased my second (replacement) mattress from Mattress Warehouse Aberdeen, MD approximately 11/22. I began having problems with the mattress shortly after receiving it. The mattress started being lopsided - going downhill. Further, the side I sleep on was going downhill (lopsided) the most. This is my second mattress from them (1st was a terrible one and a replacement - with higher costs) and received it although I had to contact them multiple times before I finally received a reply. They gave me a replacement but at at much higher cost of the mattress. I'm now experiencing the same situation. I'm ready to simply return this mattress to the MWH. I requested an inspection. The inspection stated the mattress is defective. Now I want my money back because this is the second time it happened. I was told they can only replace it again. I'm suffering back pains because of the defective mattress. However, I can no longer accept anymore of their mattress. Please tell me, what can I do at this point. Frankly speaking I do not want another mattress from anymore MWH stores anywhere in the world. I look forward to a positive reply.Review fromPatricia S

I purchased my first mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Laurel, 14700 Baltimore Ave #104, Laurel, MD 20707 approximately 1 3/4 years ago. I began having problems with the mattress shortly after receiving it. It feels as though something is moving inside of it. Further, the side I sleep on the most gets soggy. I requested a second mattress and received it although I had to contact them multiple times before I finally received a reply. I'm now experiencing the same situation. I'm ready to simply return this mattress to the MWH. I wanted to do this with the first mattress, however, they would not accept it. They would only replace it. Customer purchased Serta mattress11-11-20 and did one time comfort exchange 0205-20. The customer does not have any warranty claims in progress so if customer files warranty claim Mattress Warehouse will send third party inspection company to customer's house to see if there is warrantable warrantyReview fromLisa L

Hands down the worst most incompetent customer service / purchase experience I have ever had. They put order in wrong and even though in receipt and paid for did not communicate with delivery people to take old mattress and forgot to ring in a bedframe. Had to wait 48 hours for DM to call and pickup was arranged for 2 days later. Received confirmation call morning of pickup of old mattress and they never came. The pick up had been cancelled . Both parties blamed the other. Hours wasted for service we did not get , stuck with mattress. Employees are rude, unable to provide quality customer service and did not provide services on contract that was signed. None of the employees should be allowed to work as they can't get a basic mattress droit/ pickup entered in the computer. Tired of wasting hours waiting for them will miss take to dump myself. Gross negligence and breach of contract and REFUSED to allow us to return mattress because they say but permitted in their policy but same paperwork listed we paid for pickup of old mattress. I hope and pray they go out of business. I am so tired of sloppy, lazy rude service. I have been in customer service 30 years and have never seen anything like this. The order is under *** **** and *** was called to give him message that Mattress Warehouse could just pick up everything and refund the complete invoice. *** **** never called back to say if that is what he wanted Mattress Warehouse to do. We didn't hear from mattress warehouse for about a week and went into store to check on the status of our comfort exchange, at this time the salesman we had been working with claimed his manager was supposed to contact us to say they would not be able to process the comfort exchange. Neither myself nor my husband had received any call or email to discuss this. We had to make phone calls to the regional manager to hear back and when we did we were told that a comfort exchange should not have been processed on a warranty exchange. We found this to be puzzling because we had multiple conversations with our local salesman regarding the exchange not to mention our transaction that took place, we have proof/receipt of the processed transaction and payment. Additionally we have the proof of the balance charge on our bank account. We since have talked to the regional manager to request that mattress warehouse honor the transaction that they processed, we inquired about a refund if the comfort exchange wasn't a possibility and we were told that was not an option. This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks and we still do not have an answer. We have calls out to our regional manager and the corporate office and we have not gotten a return call. Our hope is that mattress warehouse honors the transaction they let us process and pay for in store on 8/28/22 for the comfort exchange that we were promised in our local store. The problem needs to be resolved in a timely manner, we expected better customer service than this.
We are very disappointed with our recent experience with mattress warehouse in the Raleigh location off of Glenwood avenue. We had purchased a Serta mattress about 4 years ago and had to submit a warranty claim because the gel layer malfunctioned and caused a large lump in the mattress. Our mattress was inspected and our warranty was submitted successfully. We then went to our local Raleigh, NC store to go through with our exchange. We loved our previous Serta mattress and considered exchanging for the new model but decided against it due to the malfunction we had experienced. The salesman in store helped us decide on a new more expensive kings down mattress and explained that with the comfort exchange policy that mattress warehouse offers if we were not 100% satisfied with the new mattress we had 100 days to exchange it. We put over $1300 dollars toward the new kings down mattress along with our $2300 warranty from our previous Serta mattress. Once we received the kings down mattress, unfortunately we were not 100% satisfied-the mattress was not as soft and plush as our previous one and I have had shoulder and back pain sleeping on it. We immediately went into the store to discuss our options and try out other mattresses. Our local salesmen was extremely helpful and showed us some other mattresses. He told us to come back in close to 30 days with the mattress so that we could process the comfort exchange. Two weeks later on 8/28/22 we went back into mattress warehouse and the same salesman helped us process a comfort exchange and pick out a beauty rest mattress. It was almost the exact price as the kings down mattress expect for the additional delivery fee, so our remaining balance was just under $20 dollars. We paid that balance in store and we were told once the order was processed we would be contacted to set up delivery.Mattress Warehouse, LLC

My name is ***** ***** and we went to Mattress Warehouse in Hendersonville NC. I am still waiting 21 days die refund that I never received the product. On the evening of 7/20/22 my husband and I decided to purchase 3 mattresses and one adjustable base. We had visited the store 3 times that day and Leigh the manager said if we bought that day she would take an additional,100 off so we purchased. The total was 3414.90. Two days later I visited and toldAngelo I did not want the base and I had found cheaper and he said Leigh would be back on Saturday and she would credit my acct 499.99 plus tax. I called Leigh on Saturday and asked did she receive the paperwork to do the refund and she told me that the adjustable base wasn't as good as theirs and proceeded to argue. I asked to have the district manager call me but she did call back and apologize and said she did the refund. This was 7/23/22. She said it would take 5 days. I checked back twice in the store a well as calls. I was given the corporate number but no one called back. I was told that was the only way to reach someone. To date it has been 21 days since a refund was sent to corporate and 15 business days and no refund. Also we never even got this base. I can't get a refund on something I have never received and 21 days is not right. This week I spoke to Jeff and asked Angelo to return my call with district manager and nothing. We had a relative that wanted to purchase but after this we would not send anyone up there. We wonder what **** happen during this time with the warranty. And we bought2800 dollars worth of mattresses besides the 500 that needs to come back to us. Also I am going to have to pay interest on my credit card for something I don't have. 1 starOn Thursday July 21st we went to your Camp Hill, PA location.
We used your bed match system and the salesperson then said there were 4 plush mattresses within our budget ( $1500.00)
Out of the 4 we chose the *******************. The next day it was delivered to our home. That evening when we went to bed my wife and I both knew the mattress felt nothing like the one we tried in the store. The next morning we contacted the store and we were told the mattress in the store has been there for 3 years and has been broken in really well. My wife has Lupus and is on disability and I have a bad back. We tried walking on the bed several times as instructed by the salesperson to break it in. This seems to be a bit of an ask for a person who has a disability.
We asked to use the 100% comfort exchange. We were told to pick a new mattress. When we arrived at the store yesterday we had done our research and only wanted to see a few ********** mattresses. The salesperson wanted to show us other brands but we insisted on **********. After looking at the ******* model for $1599, I noticed the ************* model right beside the ******* for $1299. It is one of the softest mattresses you sell. We chose the ******* and were told it was in stock and would be delivered today but the salesperson needed to contact the District sales manager Chris to confirm it was okay for the comfort exchange which had us perplexed since she took our money already. We were contacted 5 hours later and told the ******* was not in stock and would be delivered Tuesday August 2nd. Online the mattress says in stock. I called your Mechanicsburg store and they told me it was in stock.
We are upset that it seems like we are being punished for not wanting the Kingsdown which after looking at everything yesterday seems that this mattress was being pushed on us. I say this due to the fact the bed match system showed we needed a soft plush mattress and the ******* was never shown to us originally.
