      ***************************** was very helpful and communicated very effectively while dealing with an HVAC issue at my rental property. It seems there is a current push to enhance the customer/owner service experience, which was definitely needed, and ******** certainly did her part as it relates to this particular issue. Keep up the good work.

      Very good comms and service oriented.
      Always there to support the tenant and listen to the issues and get things done when requested.
      Rose has been consistently looking after us for a couple of years now and the service and support is excellent.

      I've had a great experience for the last 3 years with RPM Gold as my rental property management company with full service all across the board. Everyone at RPM has been nothing short of incredibly helpful and very professional. Camile is awesome, and respectful, and always responds to my inquiries in a timely manner. She always makes herself available when and if I need to speak directly with her and keeps me abreast of anything regarding my tenants.
      I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service that Camile and RPM have provided me.
      If you are in the DC, VA, and MD area and are looking for a Property Management Company - choose RPM Gold you won't regret it! Best choice and decision!!
