I did not even want to give this company one star. It saddens me to know that this company has a contract with the State of MD Health Dept. It frightens me to think of how these employees have treated or will treat individuals with disability. It would have been my brother's first time riding with a stranger and using a handivan. I of course had questions so I could brief him of what to expect. Holly was my first encounter. Very rude. Told me it was not her problem when I told her he needed a handivan and not sedan. Call State Dept. So I did and was told her name before I could get my story out. "Yep, we have gotten numerous complaints about Holly". Wow! They call to get handivan and I was instructed to call back for pickup time. Alana answered but hung up on me before I asked my questions. I called back and proceeded to ask for instructions. "Like what? He is to get himself to the curbside and get himself on the vand. The driver will not touch him at all". I ask, so what are the safety precautions? She hands phone to female who states that she is the supervisor and her name is Doris. She says employees are not rude. She listened to call. Told her it is rude to feel you cannot answer questions about procedures. I ended up cancelling the pickup and asked for corporate #. Was told it is private own. So what is owner's name and number to file complaint. Refused to give it to me. Told her it can be found. What I did find is that the owner is a "Jim"? I also was told that because there is no other service provider in this area to provide this service, the State keeps this contract regardless of the many complaints. I pray an entrepreneur minded person read all the feedback I will post on every platform and decide to open up a similar business. This unacceptable and I will reach out to ADA and Medicaid. No one should feel like they are unreplaceable and treat people any kind of way. (Jim you should listen to calls.)
