    I have been calling this company about an application I filed out on 04/19/24. Before I applied I been calling to get information about the property since 04/17/24 .. I have not received any response at all from nobody. I been calling from sun up at 9 am to 6pm everyday since 04/17/24 I have emailed on 04/22/24 With no response , I am being told to call chunk and I have left voice messages and send a text message and still no response, this is very frustrating and unprofessional

    TERRIBLE!! We got sold for sure. Shanicka will help you in the beginning and then disappear to let virtual assistants handle your property from who knows where. They have no boots on the ground. They send you documents with a bunch of legal jargon to ensure that they aren’t responsible for anything including managing your property. They found us the worst tenants that barely paid and ruined the property. Left us with a 6k turnover and 4k water bill because they never fixed the toilet or told us the water bill needed to be look at. Not including the mortgage we had to pay monthly without the rental income. The virtual assistants are not capable of handling properties in the city of Baltimore. DO NOT LET PROPERTYWIZE MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!! Shanicka will never call you to rectify any issues and cares less about the property and owner. Their communication is poor and if you bring up this review she’ll tell you to ignore it but this sadly this is our actual experience and there’s so much more. We were ready for a tough turnover form the tenants eviction but their inability to take responsibility is the worse part. I was really saddened by this experience because we trusted that she had our best interest at heart. Manage your property on your own before you go with them. Worst experience we’ve ever had.
