    They called and said that they were partners of ours and wanted to verify information to update their records. They then said that they were sending a catalog and gift card and thanked me for the continued business. Several weeks later a box of cheap lights show up with a $700 invoice. This company is clearly trying to scam businesses. I emailed them to send a return label or they can come and get their bulbs.

    This customer agreed to a trial order of our high-quality LED lighting products. The order was fully confirmed verbally and in writing prior to shipment. The customer was given 10 days from the time of the order to when it shipped to ask any additional questions, make changes or cancel. When the customer reached out to us on 4/22/25 and requested to return, a return authorization was immediately emailed to their attention.

    They called us last year, on 11/21/2023. I had forgotten about it until I *****ed the number he called from and I found my own comment from last year. Today I had to really press him to get what he was trying to sell; he inquired about our lighting. I said "we installed our lighting ourselves" he said "yes, I know" and hung up. I don't think it's unreasonable to be asked to not be called ever again. We literally installed our own can lights - and exterior lights - and have ZERO need for their products. "Just because" we are also a business does not mean YOUR business shouldn't be recording which phone numbers are "dead leads." I assure you, we are the deadest.

    I received a call from Central industries regarding my plants lighting. They asked if I purchased lighting for my facility. I said yes. They then asked if they could send a catalog with gift card. I said sure why not. I received a box of bulbs and a bill. No purchase order and no agreement to purchase anything on this end. Sending them back today.
    lesson learned.
    very sneaky and dishonest Central Industries. Shame on you!

    Thank you for sharing your experience with our company. According to company records, you agreed to a trial order of our long life LED lamps which was verified in writing prior to shipping. The merchandise was returned without incident and you were credited in full.

    Central industries sent us a $750 box of light bulbs with the name of our GM on the PO. He never ordered anything from them, however, they sent them in an attempt to sell us some product. They then demanded we pay them for something we never ordered. I got in contact with them and after some hesitation, they decided they should send me a return label. This is a very sad way of doing business.
