    Urban Air states that you can cancel your membership after 12 months and I am passed that time period and still can't get through to anyone to cancel it. I have gone in person and they tell me that I have to cancel online but there is nowhere to cancel it! I have sent emails through the "contact us" and even tried to google "how to cancel" to see if there is some hidden way that has worked for others. What I am seeing is that everyone seems to be having the same issues when trying to cancel. I think this is ridiculous! I have friends who continued getting charged for several months even after they finally got it cancelled after trying for months. What do I have to do to get this cancelled?!
