I placed an order on-line November 19, 2024 to American Glassware for the following items. Kiss Me Mini-tini Ornament by ****** Almost Famous Mini-tini Ornament by ****** "I Still Believe" Mini-Tini Ornament by ****** Total was $75 and the order # is americancollectiblegifts-8921. The $75 amount was paid to Quickbooks and payment was processed on 11.20.2024. I sent a text on 12.2.24 requesting status of order with no response. I sent another text on 12.9.24 requesting a status of order with no response. I also called on 12.2.2024 to ************ and left a message and called again on 12.10.24 and left a message with no response. I emailed a message to check on status on 12.2.2024 and did receive a response back same day at 3:48pm stating the following: From: **************** <************************************************************************************************************>Date: Mon, Dec 2, 2024 at 3:48pm Subject: Re; Order Status To: **** ******** ************************ Kiss Me and Almost Famous martini ornament shipped and on its way. I Still Believe is on backorder and will ship separately once becomes available. We will keep you posted. Thanks AMERICAN GLASSWARE ************ ********************************************************************************* in style with ****** Glassware!To date I have not received any of the items that I have ordered and would like to have my $75 refunded. I would like to file a complaint with the BBB and get a refund on these items for the amount of $75. American Glassware does not appear to be a legitimate company. On Oct *******, I purchased a set of dishes for $125. I paid via credit card on the same day. Shipping info was not appearing. I had surgery, and I followed up via email on Oct 31, and again on Nov 3. I left voice mails on Nov 4 and Nov 5. I have not received the package, shipping info, or any type of communication from them. I have verified that my credit card was charged. While I thought I was purchasing from American Glassware, apparently they use that name to lure buyers in. They bill undef American Collectibles, which per BBB notoriously does not provide product or refunds. Not sure how they continue to be able to do this.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of Lindsay Philips sandals from this company on 1/6 (order No. **** for $68.90). On 1/29 I inquired about the status and they said they were backordered. I emailed them again on 2/21, 2/23, 3/18 and 3/25 and received one response on 3/18 that they were still backordered. Ever since 2/21, I have requested a refund as Lindsay Philips no longer makes this particular sandal so I don't see how this company can ever obtain them. I received one more response on 3/18 stating they were still backordered. I have also texted them on 3/8, 3/15, 3/18 and 3/25 with no response. How can I get a refund on this order?Initial Complaint

I ordered a large wine glass on 11/25/2023 (Order # ****) . On 12/10/23 I contacted customer service via email about this order and was told it was on back order. I was offered 2 different, smaller wine glasses in exchange but I chose to wait for the one I ordered. In that same December email I inquired as to an estimated timeline of when this would be available and received no answer. I continued to check back on the order status and it never changed. On January 26, 2024 I emailed again, this time to request a refund, as I was done waiting for this item. I heard nothing back. This is when I looked into their company reviews and was dismayed at what I found. I emailed again on February 1, 2024 and have not heard anything from this company.Initial Complaint

Purchased two mini-martini glasses on Oct 31, 2023. Paid for the items via invoice I received. I've heard NOTHING after numerous emails to Customer Service and leaving numerous voice mails. The website offers no help or contact info. I just want to know if they are going to be sent. If not, just confirm you've cancelled my order. I paid $68.90 for a particularly decorated wine glass listed on their website on 7/3/2023. I still havent received my merchandise. Ive called the number listed for American Glassware. No one ever answers. I left voicemails with no response. Ive emailed them, Ive only gotten one response stating my order is on its way. That response was on 7/26/2023. I purchased a Lolita wine glass on August 27, 2023. Order ****. I was immediately sent a quick books invoice which I thought was strange since I already entered my payment but I paid the invoice after double checking my card was not already charged. According to the company's own shipping policy I should have received my item. I reached out regarding the status of my order and received a simple reply that my order has shipped but no further details were given. No ship date, tracking number, or estimated date of arrival. I find this to be completely unacceptable. When I sent a follow up email pushing for more details I have been ignored. I believe this company is falsely advertising its inventory and are charging people for items they do not have. I would like assistance getting a refund or delivery of my purchased item. This company is a scam. Im a collector of ****** glasses and when actively searching for them, American Glassware always presents as an option to buy from, but they're full price as opposed to other sites. I decided to go ahead and purchase some very hard to find ones from this company. I'm SO GRATEFUL I looked up this place before I confirmed my order!! My purchase was 75$ They send you two different invoices. I completed the first which was confirming that an order was placed. Then, they send you another one for payment . Thankfully, I read reviews. I never confirmed the second invoice, and I received a " reminder to pay" email every single day. This is awful. I often wondered why they were the only place that had EVERY ****** glass I ever looked up. They do NOT. Matter a fact, I found them selling on Mercari, and I searched ****** glasses under their "store" , and there were only a select few! Now why wouldn't all the ****** glasses ever made show up on their Mercari selling page , like on the American Glassware official site?!! SCAMMERS! These people are criminals. Why are they not stopped by now?!!! They also, in the "small print" tell you prices are subject to change?! Which means what... now they have you're payment information and decide to charge what they want!? And you CANNOT speak to a person. Leave message or email. Bullshit- DISGUSTING- STAY AWAY..
