      I placed an order with this company order#**** on October 3, 2022. I thought I paid when I placed the order however, I received a quickbooks invoice on November 3, 2022 for the purchase. I ordered 3 Lolita wine glasses totaling $127.37. After making sure the money wasn't taken out of my account already I paid the invoice through ***** to a ***** *******. On November 10, 2022 I inquired about the status and received an email back stating 2 of them were on there way and the 3rd was on backorder. They were unable to provide a tracking number. I inquired again on November 22, 2022 and asked for a refund because I still hadn't received my items. I was told again 2 were on their way but had no tracking number. On November 23, 2022 I asked again about a tracking number and was told I would receive it once their system updated. On November 29, 2022 I sent a reminder through ***** for a refund request made a couple days prior. I can not get a response or refund from this business and I just want my money back.

      Ordered two ****** ***** wine glasses on 9/23/22 and paid through their Quickbook invoice. To date I have not received either wine glass although I have made many attempts via phone, text and e-mail to get a status. I have received one text and one e-mail both stating that the one wine glass had been shipped and was on its way (10/13 and 11/3); the other was on backorder. BOTH wine glasses are still being sold on their website with no indication that there is a delay or back order. On 11/15/2022 I sent an e-mail and a text requesting a full refund. Once again my request has been ignored. How are they still in business?????

      Have called and emailed many times with no response. Never received my order. Need a refund!

      Due to supply chain issues as reported on the news nationwide, our new inventory is currently held at the port terminal awaiting for shipment to our warehouse. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

      I ordered two drinking glasses on June 8. The money was immediately deducted from my account.
      When I hadn't heard anything from the company, I contacted them at the end of June. I was told one glass was backordered, the other would be sent out to me mid-July.
      By the end of August, I hadn't received the glass that was supposedly sent to me.
      I have called and emailed the company several times asking them to refund my money.
      I have not heard back from the company at all.

      I ordered a 46inch wine glass from American glassware on March 4th of 2022 ordered number **** have not received it But they are selling 8 46inch wine glasses on Houzz website would like my glass or a refund have contacted them by email and called with no response because of covid I knew it would be a delay but when there selling this wine glass 46inch on Houzz website there is a problem with them not getting the product sent out to the customer who been waiting for months bad business
