    At first, I was extremely hesitant with using this product. They send few leads but out of 10 leads, I can close one. The first lead that I ever received (when I first enrolled) couldn't qualify for the price range she had interest in.
    Then I received a very good lead that ended up closing last week (as I am writing this review, I am 35 days in with their services). The home that closed was for $585,600 and I am located in Cecil County, Maryland so that is a decent ROI.
    My sales representative always make herself available and with being a newer Realtor, that is something that I greatly appreciate.
    The only reason I am writing this review is because of the negative ones I see on here.

    These guys are a scam. The leads they send are for people that arn't even looking. May as well just call random numbers and it would be as effective. The only promising lead I had would only communicate over text and then when their timeline got closer their number was disconnected.

    ***WARNING***
    Do not work w HPS, they are fraudulent in their business dealings. I contracted 10 long-form leads $699 in Feb 2023 and 6 months later they have only delivered 7 leads. They will not refund me for the remaining leads they owe me, which is just silly. Lead quality is the worst, customer service is the worst (you had to leave a vm with customer service, during work hours. What?), all around a terrible experience and organization. Find another lead gen option, I implore everyone. You will regret paying for this service.

    This is a scam. Do not engage with this company. They do not vet any of their leads and are just taking your hard earned money - $399 per month!!!!!!!

    You have to know real estate and the system to assist each clients requirements
    Request. And the best resources with both sides in connection to compliance of their requirements.

    Great lead generation! I have been using them for about 3 years and my Account Representative, Bree asked me to write a review on my experience. In the beginning, I didn't do as well but I was also a new agent and I did not understand how a lead generation program should be worked. I was waiting a long time to call leads and only calling them once. I expressed my concern about not converting the leads and Account Representative asked if she could give me a suggestion.. (at this point I was willing to do anything to make this work)... She suggested to call the leads as soon as they come in and if they don't answer, call them again. Tweaking how I worked and approached the leads have helped tremendously. 34 months later and I am still with them. No program is perfect but I close an additional deal or two every month and have an awesome pipeline. All I can say is thank you, Bree for helping make this work for me :)
