    I canceled my cable bill in the beginning of October but kept the internet
    Called about my bill, was charged 79.95 for a tech visit and I had them take that 79.95 off my bill and 240. 00
    For 3- digital converter boxes need to return the boxes and that charge will come off the bill. Do you have a drop off box at the business the lady said yes just drop off the boxes and everything will be taken care of with your bill.
    Called back on 11/7 after the bill has not changed and was told it was due and It will be investigated and I would receive a call back. No calls back and on 12/2 called back about my bill and the lady said you account was never investigated.
    I’ll go ahead and request a investigation with my supervisors
    To look into this problem.
    Called Back 12/11/23 was told there’s nothing we can do until the boxes are returned and you should just go to the location you dropped off the boxes and see if they can find them.
    12/12/23 showed up to astound and the lady sent a email to the warehouse to search for the 3 tv boxes in warehouse with a drop off of 10/22 I said have my boxes should have been scanned coming from the drop off box
    The drop off box is not a secure box
    Out in front of the business. And it’s too small to handle the box drop off. it’s not a lockable or a secure box to put your boxes in. The drop off box is 20 feet from the business and Astound should be responsible for a safe return of merchandise in a proper secure box. Or the box should be built into the business to secure the returns of the boxes.
    12/12 after I got home,my service was turned off. called back on 12/12/23 won’t let you talk to nobody at all.
    I was still paying my internet bill while the cable bill was in dispute on the boxes.
    Now I will have to cancel my service of 8 years. this was Broadstripe business before astound with no problems.
