    Their pricing for customers go up every month while quality of service goes down

    Intentionally confusing billing practices. For example, I signed up for a 20 dollar a month internet service. There are then mandatory fees on top of that monthly cost, taking the price up to over 46 dollars--over double of the advertised rate.
    Futher, when you sign on as a customer, there are a number of additional initiation charges. Even if you have autopay set up, they say it takes 2 months to kick in to give you "wiggle room." Eventually, they say that the autopay will result in a reduced monthly charge of around 36 a month. We will see.
    Bottom line: do not recommend unless you enjoy a fluctuating bill full of surprises.

    WORST COMPANY IVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!!! I moved to a new apartment and the technician who installed my new service said he could take my modem from my old apartment and return it. However, I was charged $166 for the “unreturned” equipment and essentially told I was lying about giving the modem to the technician. I called the company 6 times about this and no one could help me. Apparently NO ONE has the power to credit the fee until they find the lost modem. NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR MODEM TO A TECHNICIAN!!!!!!!
