Whatever you do, do not use this company. From what I can gather they are a national company with branches that are franchises. I spoke to the person for my local franchise and asked to hire him for a mold inspection. He, Wendell, came with two other people - Andre and Anthony ******. Wendell is who answered the phone on the half of 911 restoration, and Anthony is who he referred to as his supervisor, his headquarters, and his partner. These are his words. Based on the inspection, I decided to buy the house. They followed up the inspection with a quote. At the time of receiving the quote, I was still under the belief that Anthony worked for 911 Restoration. Wendell had referred to Anthony as his supervisor, and the quote was coming from Anthony. It turned out later that this was all Fraud. Anthony was his friend, and he was trying to get him work.
I received the quote, pleased that a major licensed company would not just remediate the mold but repair the damage as well. I gave my feedback and received the final quote, which I signed. This quote was now branded **********. I should have asked who this was but I assumed it was an arm of 911 Restoration since he was the “headquarters,” something clearly stated in the texts I am attaching from my conversation with Wendell. Furthermore, after the work started Wendell and Anthony came in the house they had JUST inspected and said “oh the floors are all warped, we are going to have to take those up.” They missed that in the inspection, something that has led to tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. It’s clear now the inspection was just a ruse to generate business for Anthony and **********. Anthony took $13k and disappeared. Wendell seemed genuinely upset and wanted to make things right. He sent me quotes (attached) through 911 Restoration for other contractors to finish the job. I did not hire the plumber, but I did hire the general contractor, who proceeded to cost me at least $35k in work that has to be redone.

Hi, it turns out the owner of the franchise, Eric C**, knew the parties and the project. He told me he didn't, but in recent text exchanges with him he admitted that he knew of my project all along. It's fraudulent on so many levels. I hope that you consider an F rating for this business. They cost me 175k from their lies and dishonesty about being licensed to do work they are unlicensed to do. Thank you for your time and consideration of this request.
