    I contacted Ensor Plumbing to fix the water pressure problem in my house. Chuck from the company came by and inspected the issue. He recommended that if we replace the water pressure regulator (PNR) it should fix the problem. He worked and left with no follow-up note. When I came home I found no change in water pressure in the faucets. The job was done on a Friday, Sept 30 and the company was closed over the weekend. However, I texted the owner Friday afternoon asking to send the pictures of the job done and received no communication. The only way I could find that there was any work done was I see a new PNR but while replacing that I now see a leak that needs fixing. Overall, I did not like the way they handled the job and they were very unprofessional. I would like to cancel my membership and I was told that they will not unless we pay an additional $248. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I need a complete refund and also an apology.

    Hello-
    Ensor Plumbing performed services on September 30th. All invoicing and notes were emailed upon completion to the email on file. We have an email receipt that it was sent at 11:54am but has yet to be opened. You did reach out to us via text after normal business hours which went to our call center not the owner. Ensor Plumbing spoke with you the first business day after your appointment, per our recorded call we advised you that we could schedule a warranty follow up appointment which you declined to schedule. There were additional issues with the pressure that were noted on your invoice previously sent. Along with water sample results taken on site to support our claims of the additional issues. Regarding your cancellation of your membership, per the terms of the agreement there is a 1 year minimum requirement if you choose to cancel before these terms you are responsible for any discounts you have received which are the following $166.00 in discounts - your first months dues $16.95 = 149.05 back owed discounts to cancel.
