    i need it to replace a water heater, they installed, one with two dents, about six inches wide, i paid for a new one, and Jason the technician, installed

    Your water heater was installed in October of 2022. You did not notify us of any problems until April of 2024. Your water heater is working properly. Since you waited almost 2 years to report the surface dents we have no evidence that these dents did not occur after we left during these 2 years since our install and therefore can not replace a functioning water heater as the manufacturer will not warranty it due to the delayed response. Had you responded directly after your replacement we could have contacted the manufacturer and handled a warranty claim. Since you waited so long we can no longer file a claim for this unit. You can contact the manufacturer if you would like to dispute the warranty, but as the unit is functioning properly at this time it will be up to their discretion on how the claim is handled.

    Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional. Kevin did an outstanding job providing a complete detailed inspection of all my plumbing, noting current and potentially future problem areas. We developed a work plan consist with my budget and schedule priorities. Subsequently Kevin performed the work, arriving on time and completing all items to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Ensor and Kevin for all your plumbing needs.
