I highly recommend Modern Remodeling. The quality of the work and the interactions were both excellent. I really appreciated the consistent communication and responsiveness each step of the way, whether it was working with the insurance company, setting up the time to do the job, coordinating with the movers, or answering my questions. Mike was knowledgeable, cordial, responsive, patient, and professional through it all and remained present each step of the way until the very end of the job. Couldn't ask for more. The team that did the work knew exactly what they were doing and cared about the quality of the job. The floors look terrific. Couldn't be more pleased with the final result. Thank you for a job well done.

Modern Remodeling has been excellent to work with after a water leak. Started with another company but switched to them when we were not getting any where with the other company. Actions were taken quickly and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend for various projects.Modern Remodeling, Inc.

5 starsAfter two back to back, and VERY stressful insurance claims, both of which we had the pleasure to work with Modern Remodeling, the bulk of our stress and frustration came from the insurance side. For a total of about 7 months, Modern Remodeling worked with us diligently to handle every roadblock and negotiation between our insurance adjuster and our claims. I cannot thank Modern Remodeling enough for their help and especially their relentless determination when dealing with our adjuster and insurance company. At the end, our claims were seen through to the end, all issues and repairs were made in full and some even more than we'd expected, and the quality of the work was upheld to our satisfaction. There were a few hiccups that popped up, but even those Modern Remodeling was quick to return and evaluate the problems, as well as scheduling to get them fixed asap. Thank you so much Modern Remodeling, I have you guys on speed dial for all of our future house work endeavors! Even if we switch insurance companies and god forbid have anything else happen, you have a customer for life, I will be seeking you all out!Review fromWendy S

5 starsWe hired Modern Remodeling 3 years ago to help with a total renovation of our house and adding on a room. Great company! They said 3 months start to finish. It was 3 months and 2days. Modern Remodeling took on insurance work when several other companies wouldn’t. They completed all the work with the tight budget the insurance company provided. They also fought on my behalf to get the insurance company to increase the budget several times. The team went above and beyond to add little extras I asked for.
The team also completed another project simultaneously, adding a new tub and surround, putting in a new basement window and added a laundry in one of the master bedroom closets.

5 starsThe Modern Remodeling team knocked my basement and guest bathroom remodels out of the park. (2 separate jobs) If you've ever done a construction project, you know there are so many moving parts and opportunities for things to go wrong. It was obvious that they took the necessary measures to prevent this from happening and if any questions came up during the job they were extremely communicative and on top of it! 5 starsModern sent me two angels when I lost my roof in a bad thunderstorm. Ashley and Arcadia showed up at my doorstep and I thought “girls? You’ve got to be kidding me”. What I didn’t know at the the time was that these two ladies, my angels, worked hard and I mean really hard battling with my insurance company who didn’t want to pay to replace my roof. Not a single claim in 35 years and they didn’t want to pay. But Arcadia and Ashley stuck by my side convincing the insurance company that it was not only necessary but absolutely crucial that the roof be replaced. It took an agonizing 10 weeks to finally get it approved but it happened. The workers who tore my old roof off and placed my beautiful new roof were respectful of my property and didn’t leave behind a single roofing nail. All done in a single day. 5 starsModern remodeling is your go to for any of your remodeling needs! Back in April during a bad storm our roof took a good hit and we contacted modern. Thomas H****** walked us through every step we needed to do with our insurance company. He made sure that every need was met on making our roof brand new again. As soon as insurance approved our roof Thomas contacted us and had us on the books in no time! The day our roof construction started Thomas made sure he was here to ensure us how the day would go. When the construction was done he came to inspect and to make sure everything went smoothly. 5 starsJust had our roof replaced by Modern Remodeling and couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. From start to finish, Carmine, Project Manager, made sure we understood exactly what to expect. He was prompt in responding and answered all our questions, even explaining some of the items to be replaced which I didn't understand. The work crew arrived in a timely manner and did an amazing job, taking care to cover our deck out back and shrubs in front. They also did a great clean-up when they were finished. And Carmine came by the next day to see that the job was done properly. We've already gotten compliments from neighbors!
