    Modern Remodeling did a great job in handling my roof replacement. They put in quite a bit of time and effort, dealing with the insurance company on my behalf. They were always responsive to any questions or concerns I had and they did a great job of explaining the process and keeping me informed throughout. Specifically Carmine H*** (Project Manager) did a fantastic job; he was always professional, informative and just really easy to work with. The installation went well and looks great. I am pleased with the service I received from Modern Remodeling.

    Modern Remodeling is very professional company that provides excellent customer service. Jenn explained the whole process of a roof replacement , an explanation of the materials, and worked tirelessly with a very difficult insurance company. The crew that installed the roof were very professional and did an excellent job.

    Modern Remodeling was the most professional company I have ever worked with. From first contact it was amazing and the communication was outstanding. Shane Holman and Hannah Peterson walked us through each step of the process, preparing us for our roof install. They did all of the contact with our Insurance and took the stress off of us. Hannah was here for the installation process, telling us what to expect and making sure the job was top notch. Phenomenal job! I would highly recommend Modern Remodeling for their outstanding customer service and completion of a perfect job. We are beyond satisfied with the work that was done!

    Modern Remodeling was great from the initial inspection, helping with the insurance process, documenting damage, and delivering on a high-quality product. We had roof damage and Modern came out, documented it with pictures, measurements and a full report to share with the insurance company who came out and validated it. There were no issues in proving that our roof had wind damage and needed replacement immediately. The roof material is high-quality and looks great. The install team was very fast and did an amazing job with clean up and overall professionalism. I'd highly recommend Modern for your roofing needs.

    I highly recommend Modern Remodeling Maryland for all your home improvement needs. Modern just completed a total bathroom remodel and the process from planning and layout to completion has been smooth. Thomas Hensley our project manager went above and beyond to make sure our dream bathroom became a reality.

    They are the absolute best contractor I have ever dealt with. Both Jenn and Kaedyn are amazing. They handled everything including dealing with the insurance company and the workmen. Now My neighbor and I have great new roofs. All I had to do was write the check. I am the customer that is usually hard to please but I am elated with my roof and the job they did.

    We had such a wonderful experience with Modern Remodeling! Steve T******** is a gem! He is professional, responsive and extremely customer-service-focused. Modern did a porch column replacement and a complete deck rebuild for us. We had a very tight time window but Steve made it happen! We are very pleased with the resulting work and would recommend Steve and Modern Remodeling to anyone.

    I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Modern Remodeling. Jenn was the best! She went above and beyond what she was supposed to do. She worked countless months with our insurance company trying to get our roof & siding installed. We needed shutters for the house and Jenn went out of her way to search for the shutters and even went to the Lowe's store. I would highly recommend Jenn and Modern Remodeling anytime for their utmost service and professionalism. Thanks again Jenn for all of your hard work & patience! It's greatly appreciated!

    I had a wonderful experience with Modern Remodeling Maryland. I needed a new roof and inside ceiling repairs. Ashley and her office staff were Awesome. They handled filing my insurance claims and everything else. From the beginning they were very professional and polite. The crew they sent were experienced and friendly. The job they completed was excellent. I will absolutely refer friends to use this company and if I ever need another job completed I will definitely use Modern Remodeling Maryland. I am Extremely satisfied.
