I couldn’t be happier with these guys. Joe was in constant contact with me, sold me a great door, and the install guys were exceptionally professional and polite. Unlike other companies, ESWD was all about making sure l was a satisfied customer. I recommend ESWD without reservation.

Very competitive pricing, great customer service and Shane the tech who installed the windows did a terrific job. Recommend the work to anybody out there looking for window and door replacement. Great quality windows with outstanding installation, courtesy, and cleanup. We replaced rotting ten year old expensive fancy wood windows with these Premium3000 vinyl windows with a CS50 hurricane rating meaning they withstand wind over 150 mph up to 200 mph, so we do not need hurricane storm shutters or roll downs in our coastal home with so many big windows, saving lots of money. The installation was on time and amazingly quick, not intrusive. It was about seven years ago and we see no fading and perfectly smooth easy operation for all functions like tilt to clean or lock or up and down in sash tracks, with tight, leak proof frame fit. These windows have given outstanding performance and look like they will indefinitely, unlike our previous expensive wood woods. We can't enough about how pleased we are with this company and their friendly courteous and helpful service. I would recommend them to anyone.Eastern Shore Window & Door

We have had these windows for over 2 years now with continued high quality. When we have a problem with, say, how to open the bottom window on a double hung window, Joe is just a phone call away. Excellent quality. I highly suggest you purchase these.Eastern Shore Window & Door

Great experience all around from dealing with Joe the owner for the sale and scheduling to Shane and Jerry for the installation. Joe is very low pressure and gives you options to choose from. Shane and Jerry were very professional and efficient, and explained everything they were doing. They are perfectionists and took their time and the windows look amazing. The windows are much more quiet and energy efficient than the old original aluminum windows that were replaced. We are very happy with our purchase, especially the great price and quality compared to others we checked out.
