  If I could not 1 star I would. friedman *********************************************** is a partnership through legal shield this is for the state of ********. I pay for them through my employer. When I say they are the worset. From car accident, tenants right to bankruptcy. The only case they handled well was a car accident my son was find at fault. I found out through any the lawyer my son could have won that cause if working would have been put it. My son was involved in another car accident where he was at a stop light and was hit by a drunk driver. friedman *********************************************** responses to this case was horrible, their responses to any of they case that requires them to do work on the behalf of their clients is horrible. Especially if your going through legal sheild. If you have a case you know you can win but it's going require them to do some work place go somewhere else. To have money taking out of your check for half service is not worth it!

  PPLSI cancelled my membership due to the fact that I called on a situation regarding my job and all I requested was for a letter to be sent. On this recent incident on Nov 5, 2024, Attorney Timothy H*** said that in order for him to send a letter to my job I had to wait 3 days until he speaks to his Supervisor which I did not understand. Why would he need to speak to his Supervisor just to send a letter to my job?? So I asked that question and he got a bit frustrated and said that he would send my case to another attorney. I had to wait 3 days and Attorney Jerry S contacted me - I tell him the issue and then he has to verify if there's a conflict of interest with another person I mentioned which isn't related to what I need a letter for. This person is not even at my job!! It just seems like whoever I mentioned was more important than the actual issue. The only reason this person was mentioned was because they kept asking me certain questions. As soon as I mentioned the person's name, that's when Jerry said that he had to check on whether or not there is a conflict of interest. Sounds Bogus!! Then within a matter of 2 hours, Attorney Freda L**** calls and is questioning me about the same incident. I'm now annoyed and curious as to why she's calling me right after Jerry S. I told her I already spoke to someone about the matter and am waiting to hear back. She insisted on asking questions and I told her what Jerry was going to do (which was check for the conflict of interest). She said by law thats something that has to be done....I said even though this person has nothing to do with what Im requesting and she said yes. So, I hung up. I waited a couple of days and called back and questioned the spelling of the lady that contacted me last (Freda) and was told that she is the one that has my case. I requested a call back from a Supervisor and I also requested the recording with Attorney Timothy H*** and never received it, but rec'd a cancellation letter.

  I have been a member of ******** ***** or *********** in the state of Maryland for almost 30 years and I called them on August 7, 2023, to speak with the assigned attorney regarding my Intake Number and I was told my membership was canceled. I received no telephone call or letter or email about cancelling my membership that I paid up to June 2024. I contacted their office and spoke with 3 employees to include a supervisor to find out what happened and I was told my membership is canceled, we cannot tell you why which is the company’s option and your refund check was mailed to you August 1, 2023, which I have not received and I submitted a dispute with my credit card company for payment. I asked can I get the return of my documents and I was told they were removed. I asked how my documents were removed and the person refused to tell me. I have a right to know the reason for cancellation and what happened to my documents. The only reason I can think of cancelling my membership is that I complained about two of their attorneys in writing on July 7, 2023 and July 24, 2023, of how they spoke to me was uncalled for, inappropriate, and disrespectful. I was treated unfairly with the decision ******** ***** or ***** ***** made about my membership of almost 30 years, which they will not reconsider or renew and now I will not be able to get any more assistance on at least 5 cases that I have and been working with two of their attorneys’. In ******** ***** or ***** ***** letter dated May 20, 2023, states, "Isn't it great to know that you have the legal support...", June 2023, I renewed membership, July 2023, I filed 2 complaints on their attorneys, and August 2023, my membership canceled with no explanation to include what happened to my documents. I told them that I will submit a review on their actions against me.
