    I order a jacket on the website approximately November 2022. I originally ordered a size i did not fit. I sent back and order correct size. The incorrect size was sent. ever since then after sending that order back I have not been able to get credit or refund for the order. One instance I was advised order was shipped but a week later after inquiring on order I was advised that the order was on back order. I have been trying to get credit so a least i could get other products and the owner seem to refuse to answer my emails now. I paid through buy now pay later Sezzle and cannot dispute due to being after 180 days of order.

    Placed an order (#*****) on 5/24/23 $31.99 taken from my card Recvd email that order shipped 5/25/23 Recvd email 6/6/23 Stating order out of stock Recvd email 6/8/23 asking how was the item Attempts to contact ignored. Requested cancellation and refund. NO RESPONSES 2ND AND LAST TIME I'LL DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE A FRAUD!

    I ordered two garments. I only received one, and it was a size smaller than I needed. I contacted the company and spoke to an individual two different times on the phone. I asked about my missing garment and was told it was on back-order in the color I chose, but i was still billed. I offered to take the item in another color that was available and offered to come by the business, which is not far from my house, in order to exchange the garment I DID receive for the larger size and also to pick up the garment they never sent to me, in the color they said they had in stock. I was told someone would get back to me. They never did. Since then I’ve sent several emails to the site, called the listed number and posted my dissatisfaction on their site. I received an email about a week ago asking if I received my order and what was my order number. I included it in my response email but still have not received any communication or recompense. The order was made on Nov. 20, 2022.

    On 08/31/22,I purchased a shirt from MarchalsDesigns for 39.99.I paid an additional 25.83 to this company to have the shirt delivered *** 2nd day air.On 09/5/22,I received an email from the company saying the order has been shipped(this is the tracking # included in the email to track the package ******************).Then on 09/10/22,I received a text message from the company(###-###-####) saying the item is sold out.Then the text asked if I would like the shirt in a different color.I responded to the text the same day saying,"No,just credit my money back to my account."Then on 09/14/22,I received another text from the above number mentioned saying,"sorry,there was a miscommunication:we do have it." I responded the same day saying,"Thank you:I have found something else.I'd just like the money returned to my card."No one responded.I sent a follow up text on Wednesday,09//21/22,asking when can I anticipate my money to be credited back to my account.As as of this day(09/25/22),no one from MarchalsDesigns has responded to my 2nd refund request. BBB,will you please assist me in contacting this company to find out why is it taking this long to refund my money for the shirt I never received?
