    I have ordered several times from Marchal's designs and only once has my order arrived on time. My last order took almost a month to arrive even though their website promises orders will ship out in one to two business days. On my last order they sent out 2 of my items in the wrong size that I ordered for a trip. Even if they respond I know it will be two months before I get a reply. You can't keep doing your own people like this and expect people to support your business. Also The toll free number listed on the website doesn't even work. This is very discouraging.

    They took my money and don’t reply to emails or phone calls. After I paid for 2 day air they still refuse to refund my money nor have my order. It’s been over 3 weeks now and nothing. This place is a scam

    i ordered a package on September 18 2023 , label was created September 21 , I still haven't received my package . Called numerous times and got someone only to tell me they gonna check with USPS and haven't got back with me ! Very unprofessional and rude

    Ordered 2 items and only received one. They had the audacity to put invoice inside of package as if both items were delivered. Do not spend your money with them.Beware they are bogus!!!
