    ******* and his team at Bravo were excellent at helping us after we had an electrical fire in our basement. He showed that he cared about our situation and helped with the mitigation and boarding up one of our windows that firemen had knocked in to vent the smoke. Also helping us find a place to stay when it seemed no one else was offering help. I truly appreciate all the help and efforts.

    ******* was professional, kind and incredibly helpful. He wasn't trying to sell us anything, he just wanted to help. The only reason we didn't use him further for our contracted job was because of the small amount of years he's been in business. Otherwise we are thankful for his help.

    After a devastating fire tore through our home, we were left standing in shock and had no idea what to do next. From the moment ******* arrived, it felt like someone had finally hit the pause button on the chaos. He wasn’t just fast—he was focused, prepared, and deeply understanding. You could tell he’s done this before!
    He walked us through every step with calm and with real compassion. ******* and his team treated our family like we were their own. They didn’t just restore our home—they helped restore our peace of mind.
    We found out Bravo is aslo veteran-owned which we thought was very cool because these Vets deserve our support after risking their lives for our freedom. If disaster ever strikes again, there’s no question who we are calling. These guys are the real deal.

    ******* has been amazing! He helped me when I was on my low didn’t have no one to call and when I was recommended from a neighbor to call him I took the chance. He has helped every step of the way. I had a pipe break in my old house and I didn’t know what to do. The water just kept pouring out of the ceiling. I felt worthless. As soon as I called the fire department to help shut my water off ******* came quickly after and walked me through all the steps. He explained he was there to help and he sure did. My insurance has been pretty slow moving but Bravo sent out everyone to help prep my home from plumbers to construction team to clean up. It’s been a lot of information but any questions I have I send ******* a txt and he always replies quickly. I appreciate all he has done. Definitely a true human being with empathy for others and that’s exactly what people need when they are going through not being able to live in their homes. He is trying his best to do all he can to get the job started to finish. Thanks u for being there when I had no one. I recommend Bravo if u ever need help with clean up from a disaster in your home.

    The process to restoring my home after a major fire would have never gone as smoothly or feel possible without Bravo. ******* is always available to answer my questions and deal with all of my anxiety over this whole process. My family lost quite a bit but this team has made feel at ease. My husband and I chose them not only because they are professionals in what they do, but veterans take care of veterans and I have complete faith in the fact the rebuild of my home will be handled with the utmost care, respect, and quality customer service.

    Charlie and his team at Bravo are amazing. We had an unexpected house fire and Charlie was there to aid in boarding up the house as well as coordinating the cleaners and got a company to put us in a hotel that night. He periodically still checks in while we wait for renovations to take place. He has gone above and beyond aiding however he can to help. My family and I cannot express how appreciative we are for the support he and Bravo have provided.

    We had a small kitchen fire and had several Companies stop by to offer services. We rejected all except Bravo. Charlie has been very helpful, honest, caring & informative above and beyond what we expected. We are so happy with our choice. We highly recommend Bravo, our best decision for sure!

    I can’t say anything but wonderful things about Bravo! Our home of 42 years burned down in January. Charlie the owner came right out. He calmed us, explained the process and his crew worked late into the night to board and drape our home. Tim even helped to try to locate our cat! Charlie has done follow up phone calls to see how we are doing. We would have been lost without his knowledge and help! As devastating as this experience has been, I thank God that caring compassionate people like Charlie and his crew came to our rescue! Thank you!

    Bravo Emergency Services is a company I highly recommend. They immediately came out and secured what was left of our house in Green Haven, Pasadena. MD, from a devastating fire November 10, 2024. Running out of the house in the cold, Charlie, the owner, gave me a coat he had in his truck to use which was above the call of duty. He also has a wealth of knowledge from being in the business of fires that has helped me immensely. Each time I needed to enter the house, he helped me by removing the boards so that we could get vehicles towed out. I totally recommend his company to anyone needing his services.

    My family and I had a devastating fire on the night of New Year’s Eve. Bravo came out and was quick to help us get on the phone with our insurance and clear everything with them prior to starting. Charles and his team were professional and extremely helpful considering every detail along the way. There were so many companies that showed up but Charlie stood out amongst the masses because of his demeanor and his willingness to make sure we did the right thing. Other companies wanted us to sign papers or make commitments without knowing who they were or what they were going to do. We are super appreciative of Bravo and their expertise. We highly recommend them to anyone in the baltimore or surrounding areas.
