    My wife and I experienced an unexpected water issue this fall in our basement thanks to our sump pump going up. Luckily we were told to call Bravo. Charlie and his team went above and beyond to take care of us in such a stressful time. This team was highly experienced and extremely helpful. They made sure our house was clean and safe before we returned. I can’t say enough about my experience with Bravo and Charlie. I would recommend them to anyone who are struck with an emergency event like us. Thank you Bravo.

    My family and I experienced a devastating fire on 12/6/24 and Bravo emergency services team came highly recommended from neighbors and friends. They were quick and efficient at their jobs. The house was secured and we were taken care of within the hour after the fire department left. Charles was extremely knowledgeable and we recommend them to anyone who experiences something similar.

    A+ service. Charles and his team arrived the morning of the sewage backup into 4 houses in our block. They helped each and every family quickly. They provided microbial sprays and hepa filters and a dehumidifier to help with germs from the sewage and to dry out my wall-to-wall carpet. All of his employees were thorough and very nice to work with. They were mindful of my belongings and house. Charles followed up to make sure that I was doing okay.
    Charles' company was just wonderful and I would work with them again in the future, if needed. Because I know that the service I will receive will be top-notch.

    Charles was so kind and caring. He understood how overwhelmed we felt and just took over and guided us through the disaster of a sewage backup in our basement. Within an hour a cleaning crew was on-.site... Disaster Services coordinated a hotel stay for us and the process of recovery was in place. All of it was effortless on our part. I'm grateful Charlie was available.

    The team at Bravo were great and very helpful. They showed up in a very timely manner and explained everything in detail to me. Charlie helped with contacting my insurance company and finding the appliances. He and his team understood that I was completely lost when it came to figuring out how to deal with damage to my home and trying to figure out/coordinate the repairs. They were also great communicating with the other people and the insurance company in terms of the progress and what needed to be done. They are a great company. I highly recommend them in a time of need.
