      On January 13th, **** I had my locks changed. 6 days after the change was completed, the lock installed began to malfunction. Upon inserting the key, it is extremely difficult to remove and often remains stuck inside. When I contacted the company, I was told by the technician that I had to go to hardware store to purchase a new lock and I would have to pay for a return visit by the technician. I WAS SCAMMED. Now I have to pay a different company to come out, when I already paid for a lock installation.

      On November 5, 2022 Locksmith Connections dispatched a locksmith to re-key 6 locks in my new home. His name is ***********************. His charged me $1,280.00 but only re-keyed 5 of the 6 locks he was paid to do. He said the 6th lock could not be re-keyed and had to be replaced. He said he would order the lock and come back to my home either 11/8 or 11/9 to install it. That never happened and he, and Locksmith Connections have refused to resolve this issue. I've been told at least 9 times that a supervisor would call me back but that has never happened. I believe *********************** is an independent contractor affiliated with Locksmith Connections similar to how *****'s **** works. *** said his business name is "24/7 Locksmiths". ***** cell number is **************. Locksmith Connections phone number is **************. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you!

      On 9/21/22 I called locksmith connections to program two key fobs which over the phone they said would be 200 dollars but wound up paying 320 dollars. Apparently they just contract these jobs out. He arrived programmed fobs they worked for one day and now we cannot start car at all it had to be towed to our home. I called locksmith connections 5 times they say the tech will contact me and nothing happens. I want a response from these people either fix what you did or refund my money and I will go elsewhere. My son has lost 5 days of work he delivers pizza so definitely needs a car. It is very frustrating to get no response I dont understand irresponsible business owners.I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank You
