      Two appointments have been made with this practice and both cancelled. I came in in October for a mammogram that was scheduled by the call center. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be seen; and another type of mammogram would have to be scheduled. I rescheduled it for 11/30 . I was called prior to my appointment and advised that my appointment was changed. The rep advised me of a 12:45 appointment, if I am not mistaken. I checked in at 12:40 and was told that I could not be seen. There was no allotment for my time or for the prior mishap and a supervisor was not there to speak with me. I just want to be seen in a professional manner and atmosphere and for this practices' business handlings to be reviewed, especially how they deal with customers. I want to be seen on my next appt with competent staff to confirm appointments times accurately. Please, do not call me if there has been no change to my appointment and confuse a matter. I have taken off twice from work. I left a message for *******************************, the office, and have not heard back from her. Please, facilitate training for the staff and leadership.
