      Their billing practices are Horrible to say the least. Everytime I take my father in there they overcharge him. They never seem to reconcile their billing to issue a credit on his account for furture services or issue a refund on their own. I have to keep a file going and go back and prove to them they owe us money and even then it takes forever to get his money back! The last time it took over 6 months to get a refund. This is almost every single time he goes in there. If this is happening all the time to us how many other people are they doing this to and that don't even realize they are owed money and not getting it. The 2 star rating is only because the Technician staff is always super friendly and helpful.

      I have been trying to get a copy of my CD mailed to me in Florida as I am there for 6 months. Everytime I thing I have it resolved, I get a phone call or email saying that I need to call.

      This morning I called again and when I asked for the person's name they hung up on me.
